*** STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** This was the first company I called when I needed a bailiff. The lady on the phone firstly greeted with “good morning” at 2pm. I naturally said good afternoon and introduced myself with my full name. She very rudely started shouting over the phone claiming she cannot hear me. She did not tell me her name and was very rude. I do not believe these are the quality of (customer service) people we require are the tips of our fingers when we search for a bailiff or any sector for that matter. I cannot do much as an average joe but to leave this rating/review and not ever use them They have since replied to my review and comment with even more rudeness and lies. If they were to convert this passion for rudeness to passion for good customer service perhaps it would have changed my opinion According to them my grammer is not good but all I remind you is: *** STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** *** STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** *** STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ***

This company managed to help me when i inherited my mothers property and had an unruly tenant.
