We bought 2 bikes last year from Shane and Mark. The sales process was pressure-free and a delight from end to end, including some accessories.
Service-wise, I had high expectations from them and they have over achieved these! Collection of my bike, going above and beyond, taking ownership and fixing. Great communication too. Go here!

I have bought 2 bikes (Breakout & Fatboy) from Harleyworld over the years and recently my dad just bought a new Sportgilde. they have always been very helpful and any issues get resolved very quickly and easily, The place has a very good atmosphere and the staff take time to get to know you which gives a nice personal touch. They always treat us right.

Great showroom for Harley’s, my friend brought a stunning bike from these guys last year, he received 5* service explaining the functions of the bikes etc it wasn’t just about pushing a sale which was really great to see as my friend took me with him to make sure he wasn’t forced a deal that wasn’t good for him. Very impressed by the whole experience and he’s got an amazing bike which he loves a year on.

Very helpful & friendly staff , they didn't have the bike I really wanted to test ride but let me take two others out that I was also showing an interest in & wanted to get some comparisons & they're going to let me know when a low rider is available as that's the one I'm really interested in now after trying the streetbob & the low rider S. Nothing was too much trouble & it's kind of what you get with most Harley dealers from what I've seen , it's partly why my first ever new bike after 36 yrs riding on 2nd hand ones was a Harley & I keep going back .

I highly recommend Harleyworld, all the staff are very welcoming, extremely helpful and always have time for myself and my family.
Staff members Helen and Shane are amazing! Helen has always taken care of us in the clothing section, very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and great with recommendations.
Shane recently looked after us with a purchase, we had a great experience, so much so that it was like buying a bike from a friend, Shane is also very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to make sure we were happy from the 1st handshake to the last.

Took my service user with me today and he was truly treated like royalty. He had a fantastic time looked at all the bikes . Shane and Mark were fantastic could not do enough for us . And what made my service users day was he got to hear the bikes roar . He even opened the throttle himself. Thank you so much for looking after us and my service user was over the moon with the goodies you gave him , his grandad is very jealous. Look forward to coming down on a Wednesday night to hear all the bikes roar .

If you are after a Harley Davidson you could do no better than by visiting this store .
Sales Manager Mark and Salesman Shane Stone , Know their Harley's very friendly & polite and very helpful .
I bought a 2018 Ultra Tri glide trike on collection & never ridden a trike before Shane not only came out to advise but actually came with me on my first test drive before I headed home (brave man ) but a good laugh.
Thank you Shane you gave me great advice which intern made me feel at ease since I had to ride 45 miles back down the M1 on a Friday afternoon also having to stop off in Nottingham HD to collect a lock .
Not forgetting all the other staff I met on the day Cheers everyone !!

Almost 20 years riding Harley's, five new hogs over that period. My latest M/C from Harley World, Chesterfield. This is definitely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend.
I received a response from HarleyWorld’s mothership Stoneacre asking if I would like to take the above further and would I like to email the details of my experience, I did! 3 months on, no response which what I anticipated. Again, would not recommend!

Good place to visit if you're looking to purchase an Harley Davidson motorcycle. Smaller than the Nottingham Harley Davidson dealership, but this place still has a great selection of motorcycle's and motorcycle accessories. Staff are very helpful and informative.

We have recently taken delivery of our second Harley from these guys. We find them to give a great service.
One you have it, if you want your bike serviced they do what they say, they collect the bike and just sort it.
Parts are also good if you want any accessories.
Above all Shane who we dealt with on the sales side is great, he listens and puts the right deal together, supported by his management team.
Will be buy another Harley, yes, do we think its from Harley World Chesterfield, YES

This place needs a bigger premises. To meny bikes in the shop ,so you can't get a good look at them. I rode from Edinburgh to visit this shop , not even a coffee as machine was broken. Staff never even said hello. .there loss as spent my £12.000 elsewhere
