Having tried another Timpsons to get a watch battery changes, but they could not get the back off I went to the one at Tescos. As the back would not come off he said I could leave it and he would call if he could do it. As promised he called some time later to say that he had managed to change it.
Returned to collect it, bought a lifetime guarantee. Extremely happy with the service.

Had a dog collar adjusted. The staff was very helpful. The stitching is actually better than the original stitching. Highly recommended this place. Will be going back for other things.
