Sammi very helpful, friendly and efficient. A good selection but I wish there were more mattresses suitable for those with allergies. I'd also like to see more products suitable for recycling when their life is over

Steve the dreams advisor was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He then let’s us view products that were right for us, giving good time for us to trial each. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed at any point which was a welcome change to shopping for beds etc.

Really friendly staff, really helpful and above anything else, patient, and when you have 2 kids in tow, is above helpful! Went in to Bensons for bed first and no real customer service skills, no friendly tone, so it was a nice to have that at Dreams.

My best advice for anyone contemplating a purchase from Dreams is... dont!
They use the cheapest of materials in their beds and matresses yet charge you the earth for them.
They will happily sell you an extended warranty then refuse to do anything about any issues that arise unless you pay for an independent report.
In short, whilst the shop staff are great the back up and the company itself stinks!

Staff were fine when you buy something. As soon as I came in because the bed I purchased was nothing like in the shop, it felt like the polar opposite. They didn't want to know, were rude and laughing at me as I tried to describe the situation. And told me there's nothing here that I can switch it for unless I pay another £500 and 40 pounds delivery again. when I asked for the customer service number, smirking again, he even sarcastically told me to have a fantastic day as I left, no apology or understanding, just arrogance. I Will never go back to this store again.

The bed was good, WHILE IT LASTED. After a few years, one of the slats on the bed broke, after about 9 years the mattress was showing it's age and wasn't very comfortable, it was ripped and discoloured. We tried to claim on the 10 year guarantee, they sent an 'expert' out and their insurance people refused to pay up, claiming we 'hadn't taken good care of it'. What a joke.
So we bought our replacement mattress somewhere else. Half the price and twice the quality.

Came in store today looking for a single bed. Went to find a member of staff and told him our requirements. The man who saw to us instantly wanted to know our budget which was 400/500 pounds. To me this is a lot of money for a single bed. He made us feel we were in the wrong shop and was not really interested in helping us. We were shown a couple of beds which compared to the bed we had just tried in bensons were absolutely crap and was also pointed to the beds that were 'thousands' with a tone of don't even bother looking. He then walked away from us. ZERO customer service skills. Go to bensons next to it. Much better quality and service

Bad quality beds, they are fast to take your money but don't offer any services after if you have problems. Awkward company, bunch of crooks with their charges and costs, go to Bensons for bed are same.. Tescos are better or online retailer (Amazon etc.)

Not a very good experience, even though the shop was empty it took a long while before someone came to serve us.
The salesman seemed as if he didn't want to be there. We did buy a mattress but wont be in a rush to go back.
