Since Alex has been coming to assist my son who has special needs, the service has been excellent. However we haven’t had appropriate support and full service before.
Let’s hope some improvement will be provided once it is safe to continue the service.

We have been using Bluebird Care for the past four years to provide care and support to my disabled mum which then means my dad gets some respite.
The service has been reliable, friendly and flexible meeting all of mum's needs. When something doesn't work also management listen which is so important to us as a family.

I’ve been with Bluebird care since April this year and they have been helping me with general house chores, cooking and cleaning.
I am fully blind and I will need assistance with daily chores and getting about. Bluebird really have helped me overcome challenges that come with being blind.
I enjoy a chat with all the carers, and I would recommend them.

I have been at Bluebird Care for about 6 to 7 years and I have had a great experience. Therefore i would recommend the care company. For example the cares help me have a shower and a wash in the morning and evening. Not only do they help me with personal care we have a chat and laugh as well, which will improve your day and health. So i would recommend the care agency.
