A fantastic local store for all our home improvement needs. We have been using this screwfix branch since we arrived in Brighton. They have everything you could possibly need, the staff are always so welcoming and extremely helpful. The staff go above and beyond to answer questions and to help you find exactly what you need, they are always positive and a have a great vibe every time we go in.

In a time of covid19, I must say service was fantastic. I needed some tools which were only available as click and collect, and I have been isolating since the start of all this due to a medical condition and was rather worried about going out. They are well setup with 2 well separated lanes for pickup as well as someone outside controlling entry, one out one in. The only thing you touch are the goods you're picking up and the staff stand well back. Well done Screwfix, I have no fear of visiting this again in the near future. Stay safe.

This company promised me to keep updating when stock is coming and they will call me when I can pick it up since that I haven't received phone calls or emails from them and than I called them by myself and then I asked did that product is in the stock room she told me this product is ready been collected, I don't know who idiots put on the system the product has been collected, worse experience ever how radicolous .I'm not recommended this store they always have problems and excuses.

Brilliant experience. Never neen screwfix before. You can find almost all you need for you home including tools. They guy on the till made for me an account instantly without any paperwork. Love their service and quality of products. Limited free parking.
