Terrible service. Called in with a suspected puncture (nail in the tyre) whilst en route to a funeral. Gentleman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Drove down the road to Tanvic and they fixed the puncture within 10 minutes and charged me under £20. Well done Tanvic, Really poor service ATS.

1st time ive used Ats was in an emergency when i had a screw stuck in my tyre causing slow puncture 1day before going on holiday & 8hrs driving. Rang them in morning was given 1.00pm appointment. On arrival they got me straight in and sorted with puncture repair within hslf hr. Did good job was very friendly. Didnt cost much and they didnt try to sell me new tyres which is always good. Would definitely use them again especially in an emergency.

absolute pants called in here with a puncture nobody in so expected quick service sooooo slow it was unbelievable went to tanvic tyres instead got sorted straight away and cheaper

Booked and purchased online, informed to arrive at least 5mins before booked time slot, car didn't get looked at for 20mins after appointment slot, appeared to be 2 members of staff working. My tyre fitting experience was then disturbed on a number of occasions whilst the fitter answered the telephone to make other bookings, tyres on the car an hour after appointment slot, not a great experience and won't use again, will return to Tyrex in future.

Good prices on premium tyres however they used an air gun on my locking wheel nut, this stripped my locking wheel nut leaving it completely useless until I could get a new part from the manufacturer.
