Citysprint are awesome and their people are lovely. It's amazing to see them helping someone in store and on the phone at the same time without dropping a ball! I send around 1 parcel a week with them and they are so friendly and efficient. The tracking and communication is great and I have no hesitation in recommending them (and there's NO QUEUES!)

This morning, I took delivery of a dozen large and heavy sheets of timber bought from Wickes. The City Sprint Brighton driver kept me informed of his ETA and, upon arrival, lifted the sheet of timber to the front door with great care (and strength). Excellent service. Thank you!

Was told my materials were delivered and there not and was told I would get a phone call within 24hrs and no phone call these are materials I have already paid for lack of communication rubbish service

Extremely efficient and caring

I cannot speak for the whole business, only for the one and only interaction I had with them. I initially booked a service with shift, however they did not have enough vans, so they used the services of CitySprint. Before I start, I just want to point out how good the customer service team at shift was! They were professional, understand and absolutely lovely people. City sprint on the other hand, honestly I am shocked of the service from both their driver and their customer service. First, there was an issue with the address as it was the wrong address confirmed. CitySprint was supposed to arrived at 12.00, unfortunately they did not arrive until 4.00 pm. The issue with the wrong address is absolutely fine, I was just happy to get my stuffed moved. First, I’ve never met a more uncomfortable person than the older gentleman that picked up my stuff. I am a young woman, and he made me feel really uncomfortable. He was complaining about “no one wanted to do this, since there is no parking here”. I was like, ok fine it was not easy for him to find parking and that’s understandable. But the fact that he had to make uncomfortable remarks about how much he hated this and belittle me as a female is not ok. I understand that some people are different, but honestly please teach your drivers not make women feel uncomfortable. So if you’re a woman and need your things moved, I would highly recommend either having another person present or not deal with this company at all.

Treat their drivers absolutely appallingly the 21st century version of the Victorian workhouse.

turned up with car when we booed a van. then later turned up in van but decided that didnt like the look of box so went away again. Un profesional and have no customer care ! use brighton couriers there loads better
