I needed a passport photocopy so I went here since I knew they would be open during lockdown providing essential services. I was informed by the staff that there is a minimum £2.00 printing fee. I left since I only needed 1 page. However 4 stars because the staff were professional about it, and informed me as soon as I told them what I needed.

Probably a good place.
They have a minimum charge of £2 though, so if you need to print just a couple pages it’s not recommended at all, plus, during COVID and due to many people working from home without a printer this policy should have been amended.

I have to change the review I did months ago. I have been this morning to MailBoxes to send a parcel to Spain. I'm completely aware of the situation here and in Spain as I'm Spanish. When I asked the girl attending if I could send a parcel to Spain she laughed at me and said she doesn't think is the best moment to do it. I said to her that I know is not the best moment but if is possible? She laughed again at me and she saw the phone that I wanted to send to Spain and said to me she doesn't think is the moment to send a phone. I explained that I know exactly what is happening and I understand and asked her when she thinks would be possible and she laughed again at me. So I left the place. I just want to say that I'm perfectly aware of the situation and because I don't know which are the limitations on post at the
moment I was just asking what is or not possible and having that girl laughing at me with every single thing I said is completely a lack of respect. Everyone is worry about this situation but that doesn't give you the right to treat others in that way.

I googled ‘UPS drop off point’ this retailer appeared. I walked all the way there only to be told that they aren’t an actual drop of point - complete waste of time. You need to update Google on what you actually offer! Very annoying

This shop is a joy - very helpful friendly staff, acts as a post office for parcels and letters plus offering other couriers etc so they can advise on the cheapest service. So helpful now the local post office is closed. They provided my friend with a large box to send books to America, helped him pack it and found him the cheapest method to send it. Can't praise them enough.

£4.20 to post a small parcel 1st class. £3.20 at the post office. Apparently they pay VAT so that why they charge more. Better off going to the PO in Churchill Square

Editing this because the last five times, yes, five, the guy with the long hair has totally been patronizing. Yes, I'm a short older woman, but I do know what I want and am literally and actually in your shop to facilitate that.
The woman with brown hair has taken over and been totally amazing while patronising man has engaged with me.
Still five stars because they get the job done but the guy who likes to think he knows everything needs to go on a 'I don't know everything' course and also the 'Women over 50 might know what they are talking about and I can respect that as much as if she were a man of her age group'.

It's very rare that nowadays you receive such professional and friendly service from a wonderful bunch of staff. They have handled my design and print for me for well over a year and even shipped items for me when needed.
I can't fault them and would recommend they visit here first before trying anyone else for the same services.

Deeply unsatisfactory organisation in Brighton. Failed to collect despite a written instruction to do so. Unbusinesslike, I use Mailboxes all over the country who are very helpful.Brighton is the worst I have ever dealt with.
Some servers are rejecting Mailboxes e mails as junk-hence are not being received-not that the man in Brighton cared less.

I have used MBE Brighton for many years for everything from making simple photocopies and scans, to more complex things like sending important tax returns and large furniture items internationally.
There are two things that I can say about them:
(1) they have always been friendly, pleasant, and professional. I absolutely adore the young people who work behind the counter, as well as the more senior guys who run the operations. They are a pleasure to work with
(2) my items have ALWAYS arrived on time and in good condition. They even shipped a number of framed posters (with glass) to the U.S. for me and they took such care in the packing that nothing was broken.
This experience is a far cry from the experiences that I've had with the Post Office, who actually lost one important package (with my U.S. taxes enclosed) and couldn't ever find it.
In short, I would HIGHLY recommend Mike, Gary, and their crew to anyone who needs to ship anything anywhere...and I'm a busy and picky customer who doesn't usually take the time to write online reviews or recommend very many businesses.

However there was a considerable price difference between the estimate price and the amount they asked when I sent it, despite I let them know all the details prior on phone.

I would advise against using this service for binding and printing.
I took my thesis to get printed and bound here. After confirming with them a week before that they could do it in one day, I booked the appointment, only to turn up on the day and be told that they could not do it in the space of one day but would try. In the end, they did manage to do it but when I turned up to collect the thesis, all copies had been printed the wrong way wrong and pages were falling out of the binding. They did it again for me right then and there but it was still poor quality and such a stress, costing a lot of money. They offered no money off.
I had my Viva examination today where the thesis was assessed and was told in the exam room that one of the theses that I had given to the examiner had pages printed out of order. This is my fault for not checking but I certainly will not be using them again.
