A great day out. Carefully planned routes to allow for social distancing. Knowledgeable staff ready to share their knowledge of the animals. Great to learn more about ZSL's conservation work across the world too.

Great selection of large and small animals, with some rare species. Wide variety of birds. Reptile and insect house closed due to covid. Gift shop lots of fun and educational toys. A good day out for all ages

My 3 and a half year old and I had a great time! Would have given 5 stars but at the time we visited (due to COVID-19 factors) some areas were closed. The shop was nice too with all kinds of things that I'm sure nearly everyone would find something they like.

Not worth the full price at the moment. So many interesting places are closed, even outdoors. In most places you can see no animals. Lemurs even though they are outdoors are closed too. Giraffes and zebras are not available for observation …

A great Zoo. A limited but good variety of species. The animals are in good conditions, staff seems to care and the environment is friendly making it a great place for smaller children. Social distancing, however, it a big issue. So the zoo …

Great social distancing. Slightly disappointed that we are not notified of animal no shows due to maintenance when purchasing tickets. The main animal we came to see was not put due to maintenance on it enclosure (Giraffes) overall a good day, friendly staff great management to ensure not too many people in at the same time.

Very big and nice zoo. Can spend the whole day with kids in it and they always get happy and excited when we visit. The zoo has a cafeteria where we can buy some food and snacks. It is always super clean and looked after. The only downside is that it is expensive.

After 1 year of lockdown, it wasn't bad. A few parts of the zoo are still closed, others renewed. Still a peace of mind for families.

I was somewhat disappointed that the closure of the lions for vet checks etc was not communicated with me in advance. I knew about closure due to covid but more could have been done. Was very happy to see the monkeys and my little girl loved that! I feel more communication could have managed expectation

I expected a lot but it's not that very good . May be due to restrictions everything was not opened but I gave seen 1000 times better zoo than this one . Just as an outing to view its fine . Kids will enjoy it.

Had a great day. Volunteers are very knowledgeable. I have to go back as a few parts were closed due to covid restrictions. These measures will be lifted in June 21.

Had a lovely day the day it reopened.. lots of hand cleaning stations throughout.. no maps available now there are three coloured routes to follow which personally is a much better idea there is a list of animals at the entrance so you know …

A great day out but charging full price when nearly half of the attractions were closed was a bit much, I agree the zoo needs support during the pandemic but need to understand that a number of visitors have also had a hard time with money.

Beautiful zoo in the heart of London. Very well organised and managed. You can really get a sense that consevation is the focus of the zoo and the zoological society. The information boards for all the exhibits is very clearly formatted …

All the indoor places are closed due to covid and there was no mention of this on their website when booking which was quite disappointing. An expensive adventure which is still enjoyable for young kids. Water costs £2 for a can so bring …

Loved it. Brilliant day out. I do think it could do with more baby changing facilities as we had to wait for a very long time (there were only 2 stalls at the main visitor centre). There were a lot of areas closed to the public due to …

Not worth the ticket price at the moment. Although you expect some indoor areas to be closed due to Covid, given they sold out tickets for the day, it was very annoying that not all enclosures or outdoor facilities were open. For example, …

Very pleasant visit overall! The management has done their best to make the park Covid safe. Sadly, the Reptile House (and other indoors exhibits) are currently still shut. The gorilla still seems miserable, though. Can't help feeling sorry for the animal, it seems bored to tears.

It's a shame there's still some covid restrictions. We weren't allowed inside so, unless the animals were outside you just couldn't see them. It'll get better soon I'm sure.

Way too expensive! I don't want to sound too Eastern-European but in my country we pay £2 to get in the Zoo which is 2.5 times bigger and has way more animals... Everything was so closely packed, too many fishes, too many amphibians, needs more mammals. The best part was the penguin enclosure.

Well the tickets were quite expensive and we were aware that some exhibits were closed, however there was a distinct lack of animals today. Thank goodness the penguins were out! Nice not to be overcrowded though.

Don't waste your time going until things open up properly again. Most things shut. No lions. No hippos as bath closed. No reptiles .butterflies etc. Giraffes hiding because of building work next time. No aquarium . Should be half price until things open up properly.
