Went here for my birthday and I absolutely loved it. Went early to avoid the crow and it was worth it. Felt safe with the one way system . Fell in love with the penguins. They are adorable!

Great experience for a family day out. Bring a packed lunch as the food prices are high and the food quality is poor

Overall a great day out with the kids. What I would say is that at full price, it’s hard to justify the outlay for what’s actually on offer vs other zoos. Would recommend if you are local but wouldn’t go out of your way.

I expected bigger. Many animals are missing nd during this period some are closed like the reptilarium bc of covid they didn't open yet.

Even though indoor locations are closed, we did not get around the whole zoo in one day! Another visit soon. For parking get there before it opens at weekends!

Nice small selection of animals. Was really hoping for more based on the prices but it's understandable due to the virus.

The zoo is pretty good for a day out. I do have a couple of issues, which prevented me from giving 5*. Tickets are pretty expensive, over £100 for a family of 4. Also, the food is uniformly terrible inside

Great zoo, you can get so close to some of the animals, we loved the fact that there was 3 marked routes to follow we didn't miss out on any of the animals, thank you for a wonderful day out.

The best zoo I've been too. How close you can get to the animals is amazing. You can literally be within arms reach of the giraffes ???? very friendly staff and informative. Will be returning

It's waste of money, not so many animals now. (It's like half of it are closed.) Our plan was bring the kid to see the elephant, giraffes, lions, goats, insects, etc..They are all closed, very disappointing. I understand this is for the safety but should reduce the price if can't see the animals.

One of the best attractions that you have to go when you visit London. If you're in a rush don't go cause you need time to explore the whole place (around 3.5 hours). You can find online tickets £22. You'll see a lot of breeds of animals. …

Had an absolutely fantastic day out, was really quiet due to lack of tourists because of covid-19. I spent 3 hours plus walking around looking at all the animal's, 100% worth the money plus it goes back into the zoo. I didn't realise how big the zoo actually is, its very deceiving looking at it from the park.

An absolutely fabulous zoo on the edge of Regent's park. Not just a place to gaze at the animals, but also learn about them and the efforts to preserve these different species in their natural environment. I enjoyed this educational effort, even though this ends up by not being a cheap family outing.

Very old Zoo,found in about 1830s,not very big but full of surprises, good for date, and family time. But the gift shop is very kid oriented, not much thing for adults.

Staff were really nice, lost a star due to venue not having enough animals. I think for London Zoo, they should have at least 10 routes with more animals ????????????????????????????????????????????

Lots of areas were closed, because apparently they care. I came here for the sloth experience and guess what! No sloths. It will be good to have a disclaimer about what animals you cannot see.

Amazing enclosures which allow you to get close with wildlife. Really well signed paths showing the best route. Lots of hand sanitiser and help around keeping the zoo covid safe.

Great for a day out with friends and family. Exciting for kids to spend a day around wild animals and a good way of learning. Very well organised especially with the pandemic rules. In some areas you need to wear a mask ????, designated areas for a lunch break that follows the social distancing rules! Highly recommended ????

Been to this Zoo over the years as a child and adult. The recent trip was over the weekend with friends and was great day out. Also it's important to note the conservation work that ZSL do is something to look up and the Zookeepers were great to chat to.
