I bought my first ever brand new car (2019) 3 months ago. Only 3 months old, someone had scraped the rear wheel arch and driven off. I found Palmeira local to where I live, and got in touch. I was booked in for 2 weeks time , where the lads got to work and completed the job inside 48 hours. Absolute magicians - my brand new car now looks PERFECT, where you cannot see a single paint, dent or scratch mark. Outstanding skills and finish - 100% would go back again if required and highly, highly recommended.

Back with Andy and the team, this time to have them fit a RS8 style grill to our AUDI. Was not an easy task, but once again they did an incredible job without 1 single issue.
They even threw some wax on the roof panel they previously painted to ensure it was kept well protected.

We had our AUDI A3 estate sorted out by Andy and the team.
The car was recently purchased during covid and had some damage to the roof on delivery which was not ideal.
After showing the palmeria team we got it booked in and they fixed and re painted it in 3 days!
These guys are the real deal, dont bother going anywhere else.

Palmeira bodyworks are second to none! The team have been amazing when I was really stressed about not being able to afford repairing my car as Admiral decided they would write it off because it would cost too much they gave me a very reasonable offer which means I was better off! They then helped me understand the process of what's going to happen next with car insurance better than Admiral did themselves. I have been back to Andy and the team several times afterwards and sometimes even with no appointment and close to closing time and they were able to help me. Now that is a garage with true customer service. Thanks Guys!!!

I drove into Palmeira Bodyworks this morning on a recommendation, I had no appointment but Andy and his team stopped what they were doing and spent more than an hour trying to remove the superglue which someone had covered my car in at the weekend. They went above and beyond - even washing the car at the end. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service and professionalism. They truly restored my faith in human nature after I discovered the mindless vandalism yesterday."

We were recommended to Palmeira Bodyworks by D&P Mechanics in Hove and were not disappointed! The guys (Ryan & Andy) were fantastic at sorting out a rather tricky repair for us. They even went the extra mile and helped sort out some adhoc repairs and have been brilliant to deal with from start to finish. They are quick, flexible, friendly and professional. Superb bodycare service offered by these guys My car needed a door repair and paint job. Got a very reasonable quote, and they managed to book the car in the very next day . Dropped off the car in the morning and the job finished and completed just after 3pm.
Great results, also touched up little nicks and scratches at no extra cost.
Very pleased with their professional work and will definitely use them again

If I could give this company more stars I would. Wonderful service. They restored the body work back to perfect, even though bits of it were hard to work with. Great guys. Also really good to see an independent business providing such a good service for a reasonable cost, when compared to other local companies. I did a bit of research before going with this business, I felt like they would be the best and they didn't prove me wrong.

Popped by yesterday to seek advice about scratch on rear passenger side door. Guy was very helpful, reassured me that scratch had just affected veneer and not gone through all paint layers. Big relief as can't afford repair at the moment! He gave it a quick polish for me and explained exactly how they would fix it when I'm ready to have it done. Thank you so much!

Popped in to see if I could get a quote for a couple of minor scratches to the paintwork of my car. They saw me immediately and buffed them out within 5 minutes free of charge. It's nice to find local stand alone business that work on cars that don't just try to make the maximum amount they can get away with for each job. Will definitely be coming back in future

Palmeria Bodyworks put simply are brilliant. My wife was on holiday with our kids, she called me one morning in a right state, she had driven into a post and damaged the front of the car. I didn't know what to do initially to be honest, she was 150 miles away. I called Andy explained the situation, he asked me to send him some photos of the damage, he reviewed the pictures and called me straight back explaining what needed to be done and an estimate of the cost. I could then put my wife's mind at rest that the damage was not too bad and the car was safe to drive.
When she got back from holiday I booked the car in for repair, Andy and Ryan did a fantastic job, you would never know it had ever happened, its imaculate, repairing the bumper - not just replacing the whole thing which I'm sure a main dealer would have done.
They are truly excellent, have done a fantastic job, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend them more highly and will definitely be using them again if I need anything else.

Had my BMW X5 repaired at Palmeira Bodyworks, this job from most garages seemed impossible all the garages were saying I should get 2 new doors on the driver side but Andy from Palmeira said he could panel beat the door panels and then spray the doors, he has done a AMAZING job, car looks as good as new and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Andy and his team at Palmeira Bodyworks. GREAT JOB.

Wow...what a great place ! My son had driven into a lamp post in my Corsa (!) and so I needed the front panel just pulled out so that the new headlight unit would fit in. These guys did the job whist I waited , even got got the scratches off the bumper for me ...SOOO kind and genuine! I had to force them to take £20 for their time !! So lovely to find somewhere where you can get a job done quickly and efficiently and not be massively over charged . I will recommend this place to everyone I know ! Thank you !!

This garage was extremely helpful with my van, I needed my MOT and servicing doing as well as some repair to the bodywork. The guys took care of everything ALL under one roof , I though I would have to find another garage for servicing and MOT.

As a woman going to garage I always feel a bit intimidated and made to feel like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Palmeira bodyworks explained everything so thoroughly, and even made me a nice cup of tea! My car looked fantastic after work completed, I had a damaged bumper and side panel after someone hit it outside my house and drove off. Definitely recommend!

Great guys, not out to rip you off. Got scraped on my nearside by a lorry and received a quote from another unnamed, reputable company, with a higher feedback on checkatrade that was almost over £1700. So when I was offered £540 I nearly bit the blokes arm off. When I initially enquired they were fully booked and I had to wait a while but I took that as a good sign and was well worth the wait. Job was not only on time but quickly (not rushed) done. They're professional and polite. Had valeted and cleaned. No hidden surprises in the final bill. Gave a courtesy car too. Can't recommend these guys enough.
