Avoid. Account closed when speaking out about poor quality service and parts on public domains. I'm left with returns I can't send back. When asked why the account was closed, my answer was 'because your annoying!' My returns will be dealt with through credit card and s75.

Great after sales service, bought a car in March before lockdown off a wonderful Sales person Tara. Due to Covid had to wait to collect, after driving away noticed it had a faulty part & Autowave rectified at no additional cost. Brilliant company & staff, would definitely recommend!

Personally love the company I use them for the wide variety of xhorse products and pretty much key blanks.
They have always been helpful with my questions and if I ever had a problem they have always resolved it for me and on the odd occasion they have forgot something or missed something but always corrected the problem and sent it to me asap.
All in all a pleasure to talk to over the phone and a pleasure to order stock that isn't over priced fair and put free shipping on it.
A company that hasn't ever let me down on my stock and has always delivered it with in 24 hours except for covid which may take 48.
Very friendly and very honest and do every thing they can to help me, this is by far the best supplier I have used and they will continue to get my business because they do actually show caring and are willing to help.

Amazing service, nice guy, genuine seller. As a woman who has had zero luck with cars and always gets ripped off and messed about, I was relieved to find this guy. I bought a car from here and a few days after I noticed a minor issue not covered by the warranty. I gave him a call (being cheeky really as it wasn't covered by the warranty lol) and he was super helpful. He could have easily said sorry no it's not my problem, but it was totally the opposite. It was not only fixed in a timely and helpful manner, but he paid for the other side to be fixed too even though it didn't need it! Really friendly guy, very helpful and customer focused. He just wants the customer to be happy. The lads who work there are all really polite and helpful. Very pleased :) cannot praise these guys enough :) xxx thank you xxx

Had my car for a long time... lack of communication... came in with one problem and then they had to sort another one out as they damaged my car whilst it was in their care.. couldn't resolve my problem, gave me my car back and sent me on my way. Took 3 staff to restart the battery... I've been nothing but nice to these people and I'm shocked at the level of professionalism..

I have a Mercedes E Class 2013 needed a spare key doing and it was done in literally 20 mins. It was a lot cheaper than main dealer with the exact same quality in product and customer service.
They where able to fit me in the same day i called which i liked a lot.

Sold me an ECU on eBay, the item sent was in poor condition and was not the ECU pictured in the listing, I rang autowave they agreed if I sent bk the ECU they would send another that never turned up. After 4 phone calls, IV had enough, watch out AUTOWAVE are a RIP OFF DO NOT USE ! WARNING DO NOT USE
