I have been using this particular post office on a regular basis since 2016. I have always found the staff members to be polite, professional and very helpful. There is a member of staff named Kelly who goes above and beyond her call of duty with me. I am registered disabled and this lady always makes sure if I need extra help with my bags/post/parcels etc. and always checks if I need the chair while in the queue. I cannot praise Kelly enough for her professionalism and kindness.

I use the post office weekly and I always feel more comfortable when I’m lucky enough to be in line to be served by the assistant Kelly. She is so friendly and professional and always deals with me in such a respectful manner. She’s a true asset to the post office ????

This Post Office is amazing. I forgot to put a stamp on a parcel. They looked at the return address and called me to let me know. Dionne and Kelly are really caring. I really appreciate their excellent service. Pleasant experience- would recommend.

Have to say that throughout these difficult couple of months, the staff have been extremely proficient in their dealings with the general public. Very well organised, polite and professional and always ensuring that appropriate social distancing is adhered to. I visit this office usually 3 times a week and never have a bad experience. This a seriously bad post office. The que’s are always long. This is due to the total inefficiently of the staff.
The manager, dark hair rather stocky has no idea of leadership and watches her staff continue to do a bad job.
There is a disorganised blond woman with glasses that seems to take forever to serve people and has a serious attitude problem.
I now go to a better post office where the staff are extremely helpful and efficient.
The thing is if the other post office can be efficient why can’t this UOE store?

So I contacted UOE directly as they requested. Total waste of time. They assume they are efficient. You are not.
I went in to post a parcel on 19/08/2020. Exactly the same as before. I can only assume the positive reviews are fake.Can someone take charge of this disaster of a post office?

Lesley & Lana were fantastic - on such a busy day near Christmas, when other staff were ill, they both went over and above to deal with nearly 100 packages...whilst other customers were queueing out the door. Five stars all the way!!

Was Served By Sean, he was helpful and knowledgeable of the special delivery service, he guaranteed the delivery of it arriving today with my four parcels, i have just checked and they did! Also enjoyed a good conversation with him whilst he processed my parcels! Great Service UOE!

I work closeby and often frequent the UOE Store & Post Office. The staff, in particular Harry, are always very welcoming and helpful. In saying that, I've noticed there has been changes in staff as of late and on my last visit this week, I was glad Harry was still there; it was nice to be greeted by a familiar face
