The staff at this store are amazing. They went above and beyond to fulfil an urgent online order and at a very competitive price. I made a mistake when submitting my order online but they rectified the situation and as a result the order turned out way better than I had originally planned. I can't recommend them enough and I won't go anywhere else to get photos printed from now on.

Very friendly and efficient service. The atmosphere was very welcoming, parking right outside the door very handy! I went in to get my 4 yr old monsters,(oops i mean daughter) passport pics done and the guys were fantastic with her, bit hard telling a child not to smile especially when they are as bubbly as she is.

I have used this branch few times, and recently purchased a collage printed on A1 canvas. The staff in there were brilliant, and designed the collage (with my photos) via email, very promptly, and printed on time. Excellent quality, very pleased with it. My mother in law got one too with a block border, and it was beautiful. Also got a few 6x4 inch photos ordered on line and collected in store. Very friendly staff and always answered any questions I had. Also got my daughters passport photos taken (when she was 8 months). I'll keep using this branch for all my printing needs, please dont close down!

Very helpful staff in this branch. They do all they can to help you and as soon as you enter the shop and reach the counter you are greeted and spoken to even if they are busy. I get all sorts printed here and its always of the best quality and reasonable prices.

My friend went there at 5-55 p.m. with an urgent printing job and the staff there on Tuesday the 25th February were extremely helpful and stayed on after closing time (6p.m.) to complete the job a big thanks to them all.

Such amazing customer service, i would not shop at any other snappy snaps after using Beckenham. The atmosphere is always buzzing there and the staff are always so friendly and professional. If you need quality prints i wouldn't recommend you go anywhere else.

I must be the only person who has ever had issues with this branch of Snappy Snaps and indeed I had not used them for quite a while. Last time none of them could be bothered to look for a memory stick with some images, and before that there had been other issues. Still, I thought I'd give it another try as I needed to print some photographs. I selected from their gallery the size I wanted but when I collected the prints, I realised that we had not discussed borders. The photographs they have on their walls all have a border, so I assumed that was what they would be.
My prints had no borders and did not look as good as they might have done. The assistant had not asked me if I wanted borders, though she must have come across the option to tick. I was quite disappointed and could have asked for them to reprint them, but they were large prints and I felt uncomfortable doing that. I realise that the reason this kind of thing happens, is because they are all attending to more than one customer or helping a colleague with somebody else's job at the same time, never properly concentrating in what they are doing. Perhaps they need more staff. Time I looked elsewhere for my printing jobs.
