Really amazing, I have been coming to this store for many years and finally we have a team that help us find what we need. Ellen, the manager, was great she helped me and things seemed to move so fast I was very happy with how helpful all the staff were and I am happy to go back and see Ellen again when I need another fan!

my partner placed a order and paid for it online for collection from argos edgware, i came to collect order, the lady at the desk didn't give me all my order I asked for receipt she said its in your email, when I got home my partner told me im missing a item, I called in to edgware store who said that the item is there for collection, and the lady made a mistake, and they don't know why she didn't give it, I asked if they can delivery it because of there mistake, she said in a very rude way ABSOLUTLEY NOT, they were very rude and unhelpful they ruined my daughters xmas present she was heart broken when everyone got there toys and she didn't get anything, the manager Ellana was very rude and unhelpfull, she knew her staff made a mistake but she wasn't willing to help and made a issue when it came to refund as well. never go to this branch as they are unprofessional and very rude

Didn't have a very good experience here. Their were atleast 6 staff members working in the store. We stood in the queue for a very long time! I noticed the staff at the tills were having chit chats with customers at the till which longed out each individual customer service, rather than giving a quick service due to the long wait. The staff have their priorities mixed up and i even noticed some customers leave the store due to the long queue. However, once it was out turn the staff member was very helpful exceeded our expectations. Which is the reason why I've given atleast 2 stars.

Visited this store today only one staff serving customer during lunch time after a long wait i walked out and came back later on just to find out the same one staff struggling behind till with around 7 customers waiting to be serve. bad management for sure ! at least during peak time such as lunch time they should have provided more staff not fair on customer and not fair on that one staff as well.

The speed of service can be very slow at this brach and parking is very limited in the surrounding area. A parking ticket is likely if you leave your car close by in the hope you can be in and out quickly.

Assistant at the pick up counter didnt say hello or anything looked at ticket and touched my item on shelf and walked away. So rude. Another server had to come and serve us. Teach some of ur staff good customer service and politeness please.

I placed an order for recliner worth £200 and paid delivery charge of £15 on 30/01/19. I was told to expect the delivery 31/01/19. I live on colin park road few miles from edgware. Driver turns up and says road is too narrow so he can't deliver. I was told i will get the delivery saturday today between 1300-1500 with a smaller vehicle. Again i waited and waited. Finally after calling them with no show from driver i am being told my road is too narrow. I work for selco builders warehouse as deputy branch manager and we have 26T lorry and we deliver to many customers in and around london. My own 26T lorries have delivered on my road so i dont understand what "space shuttle" argos uses to deliver a recliner that cant fit on my road? Now i am being told rudely that i can come for refund or wait till 7thfeb for a smaller vehicle. The What an absolute joke? I dont expect i will even get a call from this complain but i need to make people aware of this issue and wouldnt recommend argos. Thanks for this example which i can use as a personal experience in my company about what horrendous customer service is ? Thanks for nothing

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Took in a faulty pair of headphones within the 30 day return window and was told by 2 members of staff that it was fine for an exchange onlt to have the manager reverse the decision as I was about to walk out with the headphones. After explaining my situation again (for the 3rd time now) I am now left with £135 30-day old headphones that don't work. They offered no credit, no discount not even an apology - nothing just showed me the door. Horrible customer service. Will be taking the issue up with consumer affairs as this is blatantly illegal. BUY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!

I have never met such an rude and childish girl working in customer service before. A worker called Fatima (i believe that was her name) refused to do a return due to an mix up in their own system (since we'd purchased the item only 5 mins ago after standing in extremely long queues) and then had the cheek to start arguing with my partner because he, obviously, was not accepting that behaviour. She showed the most bratty and childish attitude as though we are in high school. She probably still is. Threw our receipt at us, kissing her teeth, snapping and dragging me into the argument 'you not gon'a do anyting?' Argos really needs to reconsider who they hire for their 'customer service' and I shall not be shopping from that branch ever again. You should too.

1) Que took around 16 minutes to be served "Only 4 people in the waiting que". 2) Sold a faulty product, next day I decided to return the product, an employee decided to tell me that an electrical product was non-refundable (charger) However he'll do me a favour and refund. Utter nonsense. 3) Customer service is okay but not great, you ask someone whether they want to exchange a product or if they'd like a refund. 4) Second hand product.

The manager at this store is absolutely pathetic. Her name is Vanee. Extremely rude and no help whatsoever. I shop regularly in the Edgware store and I will never be returning. Worst experience ever. Vanee is so rude!!!! And her colleague Seema is just as bad. Not happy at all.
