Carters came over to check the prospects of replacing the cooker hood , dishwasher and fridge. The gentleman who did this, though name forgotten, was very helpful and had a good vibe. We bought a dishwasher from Carters and another team installed it. This team worked to perfection. Thank you. Your service to us is very much appreciated.

We used Carters to install a Neff dishwasher for a rental property in Haywards Heath. The dishwasher began to leak after only 6 months causing damage to the adjacent units. This was reported to Carters who arranged for Neff to repair the dishwasher under warranty. However, that do not accept any liability for the damage that was caused by the appliance they installed, and are not prepared to contribute to the cost of repairs. We will not use them again.
