Great service from start to finish, after my washing machine broke down, I took to the internet to look for a replacement and stumbled across Home Appliance Direct and I’m glad I did. I got my new washing machine at an unbeatable price and was delivered and installed very quickly. The staff that I spoke to were very helpful including the guys who came to install the new machine. I will definitely be using again in the future ????????

fantastic service spoke to a gentleman last week regarding a breakdown on my washing machine, called the customer service number i was given to me when i sighed up for a cover plan, was a very quick and easy service as the repair man was with me the following day and fixed the problem.

My Dishwasher was blocked and had flooded. I called Home Appliance Direct and they were able to get an engineer to me that evening! Very helpful lad unblocked it all for me and showed me how to stop it happening in the future, also a lot cheaper then other places I had called.
