Used the post office this afternoon. Both ladies that were serving were very friendly and chatty and it was a pleasure to be a customer. A special thank you to Joanna who went out of her way to repackage my parcel so it cost me less to post.

This is the only post office that gives off such a hostile feel. I don't feel like my custom is wanted. I don't usually write negative reviews but I always leave feeling I have done something wrong. I wish there was another post office in Dronfield as now I am going to travel to Chesterfield or Sheffield.
No need to be so rude for no reason.

I Use the post office frequently, always friendly and since lockdown the service has been great, they even have a door bell to inform you when’s okay to go into the building, so if you’ve been hesitant to go it feels safe

Gentlemen with the glasses rudely asked me to move from the desk which is designated for people to write addresses on envelopes and packages, so that he could take passport photos for another customer. How hard would it have been to wait till I had finished? Like 30 seconds! This person needs some customers service training urgently!
Lady behind the counter was extremely polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service. Thank you. ????
