2 bikes repaired and maintained. Both bikes kept skipping gears - cogs and chains well worn.
New cogs and chains fitted - both bikes running like new now.
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Purchased an electric bike and was given a very thorough explanation of the way it worked and folded.
I was also offered the option of a care package. It was refreshing to not be pressurised into taking this up. I did decide to take advantage of it anyway.
The member of staff that dealt with my purchase was very polite and patient with me. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Excellent service and buying experience.

They have a poor bike parts department. You guys are missing a trick . You need more variety. Tyre selection is poor. Mudguards are all similar, try getting some mudhugers in and some maxis minions in please.

My car had broken down on a Sunday morning out in the countryside and I had to call the AA. It turned out to be the battery. The AA assistant suggested going to Halfords as they fit new batteries while you wait. We then called ahead to make sure they had one in stock which they did. We then drove to Halfords and got the new battery fitted within 25 minutes. An excellent job done all round.
