Lucy had a wonderful way of providing a professional, efficient and seamless service and never failed to be patient, understanding and empathetic to our needs as a family. What with Covid-19 and government restrictions during lockdown, a difficult day was made even more difficult however we are so thankful to Lucy who went above and beyond in ensuring we got a chance to say our goodbyes despite things not being as the usually would. As a family we all felt very at ease and reassured during the process and with that in mind I would wholeheartedly recommend C&T Radmall to anyone in need of their services.

There is a serene atmosphere which is very calming. Lucy was kind, sympathetic and professional, and the pallbearers were dignified and thoughtful. All the financial side was efficient and prompt.
