This was the Covid car park. Some jobsworth had trouble accepting our appointment letters because we didn't have an email or text. He acquiesced when I pointed out that the letter from the NHS contained old fashioned text. We were only parked for 15 minutes in his free (probably tax payer funded one way or another). Disgraceful.
