Good position. A little less expensive than NCP car parks.

Standard central Brighton parking; just look out for the junkies and their used syringes. Having spotted a used syringe a week ago, I reported it via the intercom to the car park attendants. They said they would pass it on to the sanitary/maintenance team. Unfortunately, returning to my car today I noticed it is still there. Security could be tighter as more than once I’ve seen drug addicts loitering in the darker corners of the car park. *update* a year on and still coming across used syringes within the carpark.

Not a great place to be sleeping overnight, and I have had to historically, however it is a good car park, reducing CO2 emissions which is excellent.

Reasonable evening rate in a car park with doors that you have to have a valid ticket to open, making it a relatively secure place to park

About the only reasonably priced car park left in Brighton. Please protect it, Brighton council, and don't hike the prices up. For the sake of the traders.

It's a place you can leave your automobile for a high price. Central location and appears secure, glad I wasn't paying.

Always park here when coming to Brighton, brilliant rate per hour and was only £16 for a 24 hour stay to our surprise! Is a little bit of a walk to the seafront, but a great way to pass through the cute shops along the way.

Can't really say anything bad, there was plenty of spaces near the entry/exit, I was charged 3 pounds for an hour, so not too bad

The location of the car park is very good. It is good for the user to access to Brighton Railway Station and city centre. It is also close to the shopping area. You can enjoy delicious foods or enjoy a cup of coffee after parking. The facilities in this car park is also good, with adequate lightings and easy to pay and access. You can park here next time if you are visiting this area.

Reasonably priced and fairly secure. Most of the parking is under cover which is much appreciated on a hot day. We were hit with an immediate vile stench of weed as soon as we stepped out of the car but soon came to realise this is a common feature across all of Brighton.

To paraphrase Douglas Adams "it's no coincidence that no known language has come up with a version of the phrase 'as beautiful as a car park'". But you can park your car there. So it does what it supposed to do. If you couldn't, it'd be an odd car park. And it's convenient for the beach and the town, and reasonably priced, if not cheap. Oh, one thing. Despite potentially having more than one way in and out, they still only have one exit open. It's narrow and nasty, and the chances of social distancing are as close to nothing as anything can be without ceasing to exist altogether.

Used this car parking facility when visited the Lanes in Brighton. We visited the Harry Potter Shop amongst others & was literally parked central to all the uniqueness that the Lanes have to offer as the carpark was situated just a side road off. If I recall the price paid was not astronomical for a few hours & parking space was found immediately. Would definitely use again on my next visit as right in the heart of our destination.

Very expensive and quite a pain to get in with a bigger car (Tesla). Electric charger is very very slow - almost not useable - and I had to search for 5 minutes to find it, there's no sign at all. Good if you really have to be in the center, otherwise I'd avoid it.

Its a car park in an expensive city.

Expensive, and when busy, the car park let's you in even if there is no spaces, so you drive around and wait, then when a car leaves and leaves a space barely big enough for a smart car and your driving a bmw x5....... ..... you drive around again, then wait... we had 3 cars driving round with 2 too small spaces, living the not so parking dream????

Cheap for Brighton, spaces and often not known about. Nightmare to get to but that's not her fault is it?

The car park is a well secured, reasonably priced place if you want to visit Brighton. It is located near the A23 but you need to watch for the signs carefully, without it is not really obvious. The car park is clean enough. The town centre, Royal Pavilion, and the beach is about 10-13 minutes walking distance. Worth parking your car and walk if you want to avoid the traffic and save some money on parking.

This car park is more often full than not. It is rather poky and hard to get round. There are entrances in two adjacent streets. Like most Brighton car parks, it is expensive. One may be better off with the Church Street car park nearby.

Nice car park, just before the lanes and all the shops and a few minutes walk from Brighton train station. It is easy to access if you are visiting Brighton coming from the North (e.g. London). I recommend it, last time I checked, in 2016, it was the closest and cheapest place to park if you are visiting the lanes. It is also clean and feels secure.

Excellent secure car park - you need your to ticket to get back in as there is no access if you're not parked there. Not bad prices for Brighton parking.

Lack of spaces and no place to turn around if you go in when it is full, you have to wait for someone to come out (admittedly there is a sign so that was my own fault) but it is painfully expensive at £20 for 4 hours parking. Well maintained car park though! Watch out for skaters.

One of the cheapest places to park in Brighton, way way cheaper than the NPR car park. Also there has never been an occasion when I have not found a parking space. Great location too

As with all parking in Brighton, very expensive but not as bad as ncp nearby. Well placed to access the lanes and high street.
