Damaged my car. The manager was absolutely furious when I pointed it out saying I’d done it and tried to blame them. I complained to Meadowhall who said it wasn’t their problem.
Whilst this was happening a lady said they’d done exactly the same damage to her car and also accused her..
They also used the wrong product on my chrome which I’ve had to take to a proper valet company to repair.
I’d have taken them to small claims court but as the manager kept shouting, I can’t prove anything. Massive risk avoid this place.

I would also like to thank the young people in the car wash Red Park area of Meadowhall for a very good and very respectful guys, and I would recommend everyone to visit them for a valet.... 5 Stars is a little said, keep going like that????????????????????

Stopped here for the second time today and was told the only service I could have was a full valet, apparently the mini valet of £26.95 doesn’t do inside (even though it states that on the board). Completely uncooperative staff and quite rude as they just want to charge a fortune for a sub standard clean. Needless to say I did not have my car cleaned.

My wife took the car to Meadowhall have the Platinum package. The attendant told my wife that this is a "mini valet" and does not include full cleaning inside the car. He said if she wanted the inside of the car cleaned it will cost £55.95 rather than £34.95 for the Platinum. that is NOT what their website says. So either the website and the signs at the premises are wrong or the attendant took advantage. Either way, I am insisting on a refund especially since the boot came back in the same muddy condition that it went in. I am not impressed with the job on the inside and will not be using the again and I would strong advise reader, don't waste your money on this rip off company.
UPDATE: Sorry, I am not getting in touch with you. That is your standard response to poor reviews: (1) It is not your standard of service and (2) Get in touch. My wife was in touch with you and you solemnly promised a refund on the excess paid and that someone would get in touch by today. At the time of writing it is 903pm and neither has happened. You therefore have no credibility. If Google permitted, I would award you one-tenth of a half a star.

Terrible service. Kept trying to sell more expensive packages even though I was being explicit with the preferred basic wash. They even tried putting down the more expensive package on the order slip and I had to point it out. Rude staff, gave me 2 pounds worth of change in small coins (5p/10p) even though they had larger denominations, presumably unhappy that I did not purchase the more expensive package. Will definitely not be going back.

Paid £34:95 which wasn't as advertised, should have been £24:95. Finger prints all over the car on the outside and not properly hoovered in the inside. Still marks on the inside of the doors and cup holders.
For £35 I expect the car to be clean. Guy who done it wasn’t interested said that’s what we get for the money.
Will never go back there wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I visited the car wash company. Unfortunately they was a problem at the end of the service. The young gentlemen was sorry about what happened as I spoke to Barbara the manager she was excellent with customer service and I could not thank her enough for all the time she has given to me, making her self available not in working hours and just making me a happy customer! I can not thank her enough! 5/5* also my car is so clean and it looks new again so grateful for everything and can’t say thank you enough!

They do a really nice job but barely speak any English at all so don't expect riveting conversation or 5* customer service. You get your car cleaned really nicely while you shop and that is it, no bells or whistles I'm afraid.

I don't normally leave reviews but I'll make an exception here as I was greeted by a rude young man, no hello, no how can I help you. £24 for what he described as a "quick wash and Hoover" He didn't exactly sell it to me did he? I went elsewhere, paid the same but was spoken to properly.

Not a great experience or one I will be repeating or recommending. I request a simple wash and was quite rudely told I need a polish too, I repeated just a wash but felt I was intimidated into having the polish. When driving home I could see the dirt still round my drivers mirror and the glass was all smeared. When I got home I had to go over the car myself where the polish was smeared on, the wipers had never been lifted and there was still dirt underneath and in various places around the car there were muddy streaks all in all a very poor expensive job. My first and last time I shall stick to my local car wash for £5 who do a thorough job and are not rude, scary men!!!

Sometimes they do a good job, sometimes they miss spots i know it's in a busy place but waiting for 3 hours for a quick wash is bit of a stretch recommend going for a full valet and have a lot of spare time on your hands if your using this place

To be honest, one star is generous! I wish I’d read these reviews before taking my car to this place!
Absolutely appalling service. The least you’d expect from a car wash is that your car would be clean after forking out £27 for a ‘Gold’ service!
The staff are intimidating and abrupt and have a very aggressive up selling approach. I should have followed my gut instinct to drive away when the two guys tried to pressure me in to a £50 valet that wasn’t even on the price list. I settled for a Gold wash, thinking that for £27 I’d come back to a clean car at the very least.
My car was still dirty, whole sections hadn’t even been touched, my glass looks like it’s been polished with a greasy rag, the interior trim hasn’t been touched, in fact there’s even more grease on the inside of my car. You pay extra because it’s a 4x4 or large car but you’d then expect that they would have at least washed the roof. I had a large dirty smear down the middle of the roof that they clearly just couldn’t be bothered to reach! The wheel dressing has been applied not only to the walls of the tyres but also to the tread, making my drive home incredibly dangerous.
When I complained about the dirty parts of my car, the intimidating man said that you don’t get a clean unless you pay for a polish! I drove away with a dirty car, absolutely furious and £27 worse off.
It’s taken me twice as long to undo the shoddy work done to supposedly clean my car.
I’ll not be returning and certainly not recommending this service. I wonder if Meadowhall know what a dreadful outlet is operating there?

Not happy at all. Went to meadowhall today and it was very busy so I saw the car wash and thought i could kill two birds with one stone. Bit of a language barrier to start with which I don’t have an issue with before anyone thinks that’s why I’m writing this I’m just giving a true review. He said he would be around three hours which I thought was slightly excessive, I think mainly due the fact any other car wash wouldn’t take that long and I assume a proper car wash would be more busy than they are but I know no trip to meadowhall is a short one so thought why not. Came back on time car still wasn’t ready so I hung around and bearing in mind I paid £36 for the ‘platinum’ service. I got in my car and noticed a couple marks on the white leather when I wet my hand and rubbed it it came straight off which isn’t a good start, I then got out and checked the alloys and they are gloss black alloys so should shine after a wash. They have still got that much brake dust on them I’m convinced they either havnt washed them or they washed them and then wiped them down with Michael Schumachers tea towel. I then realised why it took 3 hours, there is only two of them working and each time somebody pulls up in one of the car park spaces which was quite often today with meadowhall being busy one of them has to run off and ask if they want a valet and if not ask them to move. Which I understand is probably frustrating for them but if they had a proper set up and bays clearly marked this probably wouldn’t be an issue. Overall not worth the money at all and wouldn’t use them again.

Tried for 1st time today. Went for full £56 service. I told him I expected to see my face in every surface when back in 3 hours. They did a cracking job to be fair, I inspected and the car looks like the day I picked I up from the dealer. Probably a bit pricey to do regularly but still a cracking job!

This was a total waste of £35 , I had the premier wash and wax, the car was still covered in polish it was on the plastic the door surrounds, the wheels were still dirty the interior wasnt that bad anyway and they still managed to miss stuff on the carpets, Absolute waste of time and money will never use again

Took my car for the basic wash. Felt pressurised to have a better wash but stuck to my guns although I felt intimidated by them. We agreed Id be back in a couple of hours and was actually 3. When I arrived back they hadn't even started it. I waited in their waiting area and about 10 mins later was told it was done. I gave him the money, but received no thank you or anything. When I was leaving the car park I could see they had done a rush job which you couldn't see due to poor lighting within the car park. So it's fair to say I won't be using this service again.!!

Left so disappointed after using this car wash. Opted for the gold car wash and at £24.95 I was expecting great things since it was a lot more than I usually pay for this type of service at my local car wash. How wrong I was. The windows were all smeered at the bottom (I have a coupe so when the doors shut the windows go up and these bits clearly hadn’t been cleaned). Inside the dash was still dusty. When I used the wipers on my journey home it was clear these hadn’t been cleaned underneath as they just smeared dirt over my windscreen. When collecting I wasn’t even offered my change! Will not be using again

Arrived at Meadowhall to specifically use the service. I asked for the gold and he tried to bully me three times into getting the platinum, when I insisted I wanted the gold he said it would take 3 hours so I left! Very unfriendly man, will not be returning.
