Have used Heritage to sell 2 houses for me now, one in 2014 and one in 2020. From start to finish they have been excellent. Charlotte gives honest, realistic advice - not over selling or over valuing just to get the business like some estate agents do. The team have always been at hand and come back to you promptly, Rachel is great.
If we buy / sell in Kings Heath / Moseley again I know I wont look anywhere else.

I have used Heritage for a number of things over the past 6 years. I bought a house through them, rented it out through their managed service, and have just recently sold this house through them.
They have been absolutely brilliant! I honestly cannot fault them on a single thing. Every member of the team has been responsive, professional, efficient and friendly and I have been blown away by the help and support they have offered me, plus their knowledge of the housing market. I truly felt like I was in safe and capable hands.

We recently purchased our new home through Heritage Estate Agents, and i have to say that without them it just would not have happened. All of the staff at the Kings Heath Office were exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout the purchase process and i cannot thank them enough for all of the support they gave us, even though technically we hadn't employed them! The staff were courteous, understanding and professional and went above and beyond to help us and the seller. Heritage Estate Agents are the most efficient estate agent i have had the pleasure of working with and would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.

What can I say. Heritage were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything from the valuation, photos, right through to exchange of contracts, I can not fault them. Our solicitors were terrible (Beaumont Legal) and they made everything so difficult, but Vanessa, Rachel and Jessica, were relentlessly supportive and gave me advice every step of the way, coordinating all along the chain to get everything pushed through, through what turned out to be a very stressful process thanks to Beaumont.
If it wasn’t for covid, i’d go give em all a group hug. I will be using them again.

If you're looking for some calm during the Storm of 2020, we'd definitely recomend buying with Heritage. They've made our house hunt enjoyable by their agents knowing the areas, sharing personal anecdotes and at the same time allowing us the space to explore properties on our own. We happily bought our first home and can't thank Heritage enough! Thank you for the continuous updates and not allowing COVID to prevent you from the providing fantastic and professional service.

Heritage were excellent from start to finish. They are by far the best estate agents in the area- if you want to see proof of this just compare the images and descriptions that they put online and how quickly these properties sell in comparison to other estate agents. Their valuations are very accurate- and it shows again in how quickly the properties sell. Jessica did an incredible job at photographing our house and putting it up on rightmove. She built up a lot of interest and it was sold STC within 10 days. Despite a few issues further down the line with our chain they also remained extremely helpful (especially Vanessa, Paul and Jessica), going above and beyond what I expected. Even helping us with some issues that came up with the property we were buying despite it being with another estate agent in the area. I would highly recommend Heritage and we will be using them again should we ever move. Thanks, Rowena and Jon.

Heritage have been such a huge help with not just myself but other members of my family when they have needed information.
I have been in contact with Jess Butler who has helped me and given me all the information about a property and she has been an angel. She has given me so much help and has had so many (so, so many) phone calls and emails off me (again - you can get a restraining order once everything is sorted haha)!
I think Jess is an asset to Heritage estate agents and should be commended so highly. She has really helped a lot and I cannot thank her and the Heritage team for all the constant support.

What can I say, other than Vanessa, Sandy and Rachel were exceptional throughout our recent house buying process.
They looked after us all of the way. Questions and queries were answered quickly and they made us feel looked after the whole time. Our very first house purchase was done through Heritage, the service was great then as well, 5years ago, when we decided to move on there was only place we could look to to oversee everything.

We have used Heritage Estate agents for both of our sales within the last 5 years. We have been so impressed with the whole team’s professionalism. Vanessa really knows her stuff and will be honest with her valuations rather than trying to sell it to you with an inflated estimate. In both of our sales her valuation was spot on. This time round our sale with quite complex. She managed this extremely well. We felt she advocated for us fairly and was able to advise when things weren’t clear. She was also instrumental in us securing our dream house by talking directly to the agent. I have no doubt that we would not have received such an amazing service from any other agent. We are so happy we chose them.

I have sold two properties and purchased one through heritage. I can not fault them. They are extremely professional and put you at ease guiding you through the processes of buying and selling. All the staff are personable and approachable. They are a small local firm and for me this was a huge plus, they know the market and so important to keep things local these days. I have recommended them to friends and family on a few occasions. I honestly don’t think there are better agents in Kings Heath!

We recently sold our house through Heritage Estate Agents and subsequently rented the same house back through Heritage, as we were having work done on our newly purchased property.
The staff at Heritage are absolutely fantastic, they helped us with all of our queries and offered support and guidance above and beyond the call of duty. There are other cheaper estate agents out there but you will not get the same level of helpful, friendly and professional service as you will at Heritage.
I would definitely recommend Heritage to anyone who is looking to sell or rent a property.

The rent department and sales both are very un professional and rude, had very bad experience with response from the maintenance team, ,my experience with there sales department is also very bad they put the house in the market on the lower price to attract the costumers and then take it to the highest price
like auction house , very disappointed experience, we had that experience with three properties that were on sales with Heritage .

Property we viewed to rent was substandard - we were given feedback by a Heritage member of staff which essentially told us we were wrong and everyone else loves the property, property was showing signs of damp in all wallpapers walls, had a leak in the roof and black mold in window seals.
On that basis I would not reccomend.

I have been dealing with Heritage for over 8 years now, from the purchase of my property, to letting and now selling the property. Both the sales and letting departments have assisted me throughout this time. I have found all staff to helpful and professional and I have generally been very pleased with both the letting and selling process. Heritage have always been contactable and have answered my queries efficiently. Charlotte, in particular has been extremely reliable and despite her role as Director of the agency has continually made time for me and ensured I have felt I have received a very personal service. I would recommend Heritage Estate Agency for all services; buying, selling, renting or letting.

When we were looking for a place to rent in Kings Heath, Jenny Hill gave us a great service. Very proactive in contacting us with new lets coming available and sympathetic to our needs. It didn't feel like we were rushed into choosing the first place and an ideal location presented itself shortly after Jenny became involved.
Since then I have found the staff to always be attentive and the things that matter (emergencies etc) are dealt with promptly.
