We live this shop and staff are always nice. I like how clean and organised they keep the store and that everybody there is ready to help. There are plenty of children clothes and toys variety and the months with reductions are always a blast there. Love it and that’s why we come back so often.

For years my family at least 3 generations have shopped at John Lewis, knowing there’re customer service and two year warranty has always been reassurance of purchasing from them! I’m now Absolutely disgusted with the customer service after buying a product!! I purchased an iPhone for my daughter just over a year ago. The speaker has gone on a brand-new phone and they refuse to repair it or except the warranty. My 15-year-old daughter lost her receipt however we have a bank statement timed and dated for the exact amount of purchase. We will continue to fight this as it’s unfair and leaving my water upset and devastated. Mr & Mrs Dawson

A lovely shop. Multi-storey. You will virtually find everything in there. From clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, kids department with Clark’s, furniture, electronics, kitchenware, perfumes, sport gear, toys, All sort of famous and high class brands & even a Plate to eat on the top floor. The customer services is brilliant. If feels lovely inside.

I live near Welwyn and the staff is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Today I decided to go all the way to JL in Brent Cross because they didn’t have the right size for my daughter, first of all the staff in the children’s wear, especially shoe fitting are very unhelpful and rude. I know we are going through challenging times but this shouldn’t stop them from being professional. I just wanted a pair of shoes without any fitting and asked the lady the size which she didn’t have and when I asked her a second pair she answered that she cannot go back and forth and that we need to take an appointment and wait in a virtual queue for 2 and half hours, even though I didn’t need any fitting!!!

I think that the till staff are on a "go slow" because the staff bonus has been cancelled. Carpet department was helpful. First day open after lock down. Queues all the way outside the building, but moved fast enough.

Good is the best way to describe it. If you have the money, this place is good but otherwise it's a rip off. Paying for the brand, they could really do with lowering prices in many areas (e.g. clothing). Lots to choose from though. Signposting is a nightmare! Definitely need to sort that out!

Awful experience at the Liz Earle counter here. They look down on you and argue over things that warrants no argument. I don't get it. I'm the customer??!! It was only a benign conversation over length of use of their products. Won't purchase from here again.

I have been using John Lewis for many years. They have always been regarded well with their customer service etc, but when you have a genuine issue with a product the worst company to deal with!!! I bought a TV from them, sometime later it came up with a fault...so they took in in for a repair, which hasn't fixed the issue, The TV has been gone for service 4-5 times. The Main AV board has been changed twice and yet they claim its not faulty!! Extremely frustrated with the level of service. One thing I have learnt is never to buy electronics from John Lewis. This was my last purchase from them.

Then 04/10/2020 I having a problem with charging so I went in Technical Support Department , They said go to the iphone store...They will do it....I bought from here. So why we would go to the apple store..??? Very Poor service....Just they sale....when repair or serivce time they playing the game......

Tried to find a jumper for my little girl and found that there were none amid a mass of horrible dinosaur tops. The gender neutral selection has unfairly discriminated against the female and the beautiful. Labelling a 3yr old dress as being for boys is simply wrong.

I am disappointment with unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of John Lewis standard. Due to lockdown and delivery problems I made product reservation via phone with agreed time for collection from store. When I went to pay and collect my reservation, item was no longer available and out of stock. Sadly, no one informed me of the change. I just wasted my time queuing in the shopping centre.

I been a customer for more then 20 years due to relocate I not been to the Brent Cross store for few years. I never was expecting appuling service by John Lewis staff. Used to be customer first . Staff made me feel not valued and certainly made me think of going there again.

I ordered a Barbour leather wash bag and paid £7.00 extra to be delivered next day. The item was not even dispatched until I called them and have also checked with DPD. The customer service guy mumbled and put the phone down. I called again and waited for another 10 mins and this time the customer service had a I don't care attitude. Disappointed with JL.

This is one of the largest stores in Brent Cross; the others are, Fenwick and M&S. Good service. It was a weekday afternoon, so I cannot comment on how good service will be on a weekend when there's likely to be a lot more customers. I bought a mobile phone on this occasion and was pleased to receive an extra year's warranty. The price was no more than what was being asked for on Amazon, but the sellers on Amazon had the standard one-year warranty. Their website prices are up-to-date, but the store prices are well out-of-date. The phone I wanted to buy was being displayed at £499 in the store but was £350 on their website. A good way to lose sales in their stores.

In the afternoon of the 4/9/20 an elderly Caribbean lady was working on the perfume counter on the second floor; She was extremely hostile and bitter towards me and my family. I don’t know if it is because we are visually Muslim or because she just hates working with the public, but I advice to keep away from this particular member of staff.

Went to shop for Christmas presents here yesterday with my boyfriend. The older lady with glasses and dark hair behind YSL beauty counter is amazing, I found her very friendly, helpful & complimentary! I brought a mascara set for my aunt and she was lovely! Very happy with the service that I received! I also brought other gifts in the store and payed at the till, the staff seem happy to work there and are helpful!
