Letter from Germany to Chris Watts Hopefully you will life a very long life in Prison and you will see and hear every second the faces and voices from Shanann Bella Cece how much they loved you. I never knew you or Shanann Bella Cece but all the Videos I watched I saw a beautiful Women and so nice kids. Something that wishes a lot of People in this world, me included and you just killed them. I still can't believe and without knowing them I starting to cry always I see them.

Hopefully the guards look the other way one day, while Chris Watts is working. Shut all the cameras down, send in the biggest mofo with him, smother him to the brink of death, let off then do it again when he catches his breath. Then beat the ever loving hell out of him! C'mon, guards, don't let us down!

Very helpful when I needed an extra form due to back surgery yrs ago and metal detector. Most guards are friendly and it is appreciated.

Great atmosphere, old town feel, no reservations-so expect a wait and standing in line, dining menu is a bit limited as are the drink selections. No tipping, no sharp implements, and going through the metal detectors can be somewhat strange, good clean rooms, beds are small but adequate. One important note- No women allowed.

Large facility, with multiple buildings on site. Exterior of grounds are secured by several fences, (barbed-wire and electric). All entrances require on duty guards to grant access, by "buzzing" each gate open upon arrival. Large, open concept parking lot - staff/public shared. Towers on outside perimeters, containing guards. Several specific rules and regulations are enforced upon any individual, attempting to visit an inmate - being required to pass thru a metal detector, for example. Facility itself seems to be properly, well-maintained. Unfortunately, my overall rating stems directly from the experiences I've had, during my past interactions with the staff there. I've visited the establishment approximately 15-20 times, within the last 2-3 months. Unnecessary abuse of power, alterations of rules according to personal preference, belligerent, demeaning and intentional verbal conflict, excessive strip searches performed, destruction of personal property, deliberate altering of medical records - without authorization, routine withholding of required medical care, deliberate and inhumane treatment - provoking conflict, denial of basic rights, unnecessary forms of punishment, allowance of illegal materials/contraband - and the list continues. For any individual, or family of an individual - who was/is/will be at the mercy of those currently employed at the Dodge Correctional Institute - I strongly urge you to take every available opportunity to educate yourself on every, aspect of your time involved there. You'll find that most all information is nearly non-existent, whether you search online or speak to someone who works there directly. And it's intentionally setup to be that way. Your most reliable, and trustworthy source - will be the fellow families and/or past inmates. There are online support groups dedicated specifically for the families of incarcerated loved ones, as well - that serve the purpose of answering the seemingly endless number of tough, and overwhelming questions that accompany the process of incarceration. This is NOT a place you want to be involved with - and while I do understand the need for consequences, punishments, lessons, etc. - I also believe that inhumane treatment, is NOT in the same class - and should NEVER be tolerated, in any circumstance.
