Kettle Moraine Correctional Institution

I had a very traumatic experience when I took my infant son to this prison to visit his father 12 years ago. Having anxiety & trying to leave the locked courtyard gate, an armed guard called down to me with his rifle in hand while I was holding my infant son.

The cheetos in the vending machine are excellent! And the chairs in then visiting center were delightful!

My son has been locked there for a few years and I've been waiting a couple years to be able to visit him so I reapplied and was denied again by the warden do to false information cuz someone at dodge correctional institution said I was a part of my son's case when I had nothing at all to do with it. It's also taking my son a couple times over a month to receive his property that I've sent him . And once a year the rules state that your allowed 1 NEW pair of boots and when my son went to get them they gave him someone's old used shoes and told him to bad . The way the Co's have a choice of what rules they have to follow or don't follow is very wrong . I haven't seen my son in over 3 years and this is a joke about getting denied visitation and who knows how long this process will take to get it fixed .

can be difficult to find, am printing directions today as gps wasn't correct, and this place is IN the forest....Be prepared to watch out, everyone there seems to be bitten up by wolf spiders EEEK! Guard staff were very nice and helpful to me as someone in a wheelchair.
