This branch of Poundland is not a good advert as its very tired & dirty looking. The staff are always happy & friendly which is good as the actual store is depressing. However it's Poundland so always worth a visit.

Pretty poor, even by poundlands standard. Always smells bad in here and looks filthy, whole aisles worth of shelves are left unstocked, products left on the floor. Not really sure what the staff here are doing. Good luck trying to get around this place if you're in a wheelchair or pushing a pram!

Not enough staff on checkouts. Relying on self scan. Also would not change me a few coins for a 50pence piece as told its not their policy. I am a customer who simply wanted to make a bit more room in my purse...did not get the problem! Staff need some serious customer service training.

Very big shop and fairly organised. The staff are nice and the products are good. Really good for students or those on a budget as you can get most branded products for much cheaper.

It's fine for what it is. I think the staff should remove broken items from the shelves however (often see broken vases or ornaments sitting around) and be sure to restock as often as possible as there's often empty gaps.
