Very professional hearing test appointment, with some very useful tests being used that I had not encountered on tests undertaken elsewhere, such as speech listening and varying background noise levels.
You also had the benefit of being able to try out a pair of the basic Aids, which was very helpful, but with no pressure to make a decision to purchase on the day.
If you have concerns relating to your hearing, go for a test!

I appreciated Tamsin’s approach because her comments were genuinely useful and I have followed them up.
The only issue for me was the poor level of sound insulation in the consulting room. The testing was awkward because at times I could clearly hear conversations in the adjoining room.

The staff were very welcoming and offerd me refreshments whilst I waited,which wasn't long. The hearing test was done efficiently and didn't take long. Luckily my test was fine and I didn't need hearing aids, it was nice to learn that hidden hearing gave money to the alsymers charity for every hearing test they did, a great cause.
