These guys are amazing! I have a motorbike which has a lot of hard to find parts, and once I found these guys i have had no problems. They even managed to find a part that had been discontinued years ago and got it to me within the time frame quoted, whilst brexit is making shipping around the eu harder. This did not phase them, and then when they couldn't help me with a different part they put me on the right path to get exactly what I needed. These guys have been so helpful

Placed an order and in mid February and after several reminders they still haven’t delivered, August now.
If you want delivery in time and a professional service then turn to another company.
That’s my opinion.
2020-08-20: I now ordered the parts from another company, 2pcs shipped from US within 24 hours.

Honestly I was a bit scared to order from here due to these bad reviews but actually I can't see anything bad in Custom Cruisers. Opposite, the item I ordered (a pair of ISO grips with spiked caps) was good quality, quick delivery and in its original sealed box.
Fits my bike as description and was in mint condition as expected.
Prices are in line with the products they sell, many good deals, also some "rare" parts for UK like the Mustang seat.
Everything went smooth and all was good.

Quick note before my review, the single star-reviews on here seems to be made by some real dingleberries reading Mike's responses. So please make sure to read them INCLUDING the responses before judgement.
TL;DR: Tried to order a pair of pipes, some form of mistake or misunderstanding happened. When trying to get info by phone when email didn't arrive. I got hung up on right my face repeatedly.
5 stars for the guy I spoke with, -1 star for every time I got hung up on
Tried to get a hold of a pair of pipes that seems pretty difficult to find. After a conversation with a man (I think it was Mike) I was told that they had a pair left so I placed an order. Really loved talking with him, really excellent with advice and felt he was very customer success-oriented. For example he adviced against having them attach the O2-bosses since the fitment is very particular on the bike and instead gave tips on how to do it. Gotta say I was impressed. You absolute champ, you!
Now to the less impressive part.
The day after I placed the order I got an e-mail saying the pipes were not available and the order is cancelled. Strange but maybe I misunderstood or maybe there was a misunderstanding on their end. So I called and talked to a woman, but I didn't catch the name. She asked to get back to me via email after checking it out.
I'm a bit anxious about this due to time-restraint, wanting to know if I have to hunt elsewhere and so forth. Anxious, not rude, not unpleasant and not stressful towards the staff. So the day after that, I call again,. Just to see if there has been an update or maybe they just forgot about me, it happens no big deal at all. I explained my errand to the point of saying "he said you had a pair and yesterday I got and email..". After that the call ended.
Hm.. maybe just a disconnection, I am calling the UK from Sweden after all. Call half an hour later, someone picks up but they don't say anything but I can hear them. I say: "Hello? Is this Custom Cruis.." and the call ended. This definetely seemed more like the person hung up on me in my face. Two hours later I call again. Same thing, I hear the other end, I hear that there's person holding the phone. I say: "Hello?" and the calls ends. During the two hours inbetween I called two other companies, one in Germany and another in the UK. Not a single problem, so not on my end then.
I'll give it a shred of a sliver of doubt that they might have been very busy or fumbled the buttons or tech-issue. But even then, fumbling three times in a row? It's not likely.
Just answering saying you have your hands full "call later", simply saying "no update yet, I will get back to you" or "sorry, all out of stock" and I would have apologized for my persistence and been a happy skipper. Very busy or just annoyed with me, hanging up on me like that is very disrespectful and rude. I have been neither to you.
Looking forward to read your response to find out if it was an honest mistake, technical issue or just a complete lack of judgement on your part.

Nothing too much trouble. Went in for advice on changing my bars and was so impressed I walked out with a set of footpegs. I even had an offer to use their tools incase there was any issues.
THATS customer service ( though I denied them the spectacle of me changing the pegs, obviously)

6 days after email inquiry about spare parts for National Cycle windshield, no reply, Not a place I want to do business with.

We said we could not get them we are NOT UK importer ? we said to try National cycle usa or other european importer-? we said those parts were not available form us also we are down to 2 people due to hols and illness this week- so NO way to call you,we runa mail order shop and pack and make parts too- and service bikes - i am here now Friday night almost 10 pm every day and was all last weekend till midnight and most of last week sorry if you did not understand we could not get the parts you wanted Caz did say we did not have them- (i was there) see you left someone else a 1 star too dont bbother to leave any higher- not good attitude- seriously only leave a review when you consider you are hard done by- Not a good review if you like something- or appreciate a business or restaurant or holday? not one of those on your profile- Mike

Custom Cruisers AKA Adventure Motorcycles
Custom Cruisers also operates as Adventure Motorcycles. Having had bad experience with CC I have been determined never to order from them again but have made a mistake of ordering from Adventure Motorcycles on 27/07/19. My order was acknowledged and money was taken out of my account on 29th. Never heard anything from them so on 7/08 I send them email asking where are my goods. They claim that order was delivered and left with neighbour. As I live in gated community that is impossible as there would be no one to let them in. Additionally, neighbour they claim goods have been left with has not been there for over a month due to being in hospital with terminal cancer.
They have so far failed to address my claim for refund and are basically ignoring my emails.

Recommended you avoid. Advertised prices on the website don’t account for anything with this company. After placing an order for 2 items I received an email asking for a further £10 as “there has been a price increase on the items”

Have been using Custom Cruisers for a while. I have got all sorts of parts from them. Always been helpful, although they are very, very busy. The shop is an Aladdin's Cave of stuff, so easy to get ideas for your next project. I've brought things from Billet 6 brake callipers to rear belt pulley!!!

I'm in the market for more parts , accessories , and advice so myself and several friends had no hesitation in traveling the 160 miles to meet the crew ! We were welcomed , shown a range of parts given good advice and we talked thru a lot of differing options on work I'm thinking of having done there was no pressure to buy !! Unfortunately I have bad experience with this company. I have ordered exhaust for my vzr1800r. Should be with lambda but I got without. Price difference is over 100E but CC pretend that they do not know what Iam talking about even they confirmed via email that there was their mistake. So, if you want order something online be prepared tht you will get something cheaper and you will not get money back.

Very good - called them and discussed a Gladiator Windshield suitable to fit my Sportster. I was advised that due to the speedo and rev counter I have fitted, there are no standard fittings for my XL1200 S Sport. A Gladiator Windshield will not fit my particular model. I bought a Fly Screen which does fit my Sportster. It arrived in a matter of days and fitted!
Will certainly purchase from Custom Cruisers again.

Pathetic. Took my money online, didn't have the thing they were selling and then they ordered it and sent me the item with a part missing. When I phoned up the owner didn't even want to speak to me, someone called Carol was standing next to him relaying the what he said. Eventually she handed the phone to him. He was irate, didn't let me get a word in, I asked him "are you going to fulfil the order?" he hung up the phone. The worst service I've ever had buying something online. Wanted me to send the item back for a refund, whats the chance of them living up to that?

Ordered a jet kit for my bike after explaining to them I will be fitting a hypercharger from kuryakyn. The kit came and was nowhere near what jet sizes where required. After ringing to explain to MICK (so called owner) who wouldn't speak to me on the phone was slagging me off in the background. The lady who I was speaking with was clearly embarrassed about his attitude did her best to answer the questions, I feel for you . Truly.
After speaking with kuryakyn and cobra (who supplied the jet kit) couldn't work out why he would supply this kit for the bike.
Unhelpful, rude, arrogant. I let all my biker friends NEVER to use this so called suppliers.
To the staff I hope you find a new job with a boss that will appreciate you.
