Used to be Yorkshire Aprilia and the staff used to be very helpul.
The new owners at Ultimate Parts are rude and unhelpful.
After being a customer for 6 years I ordered 10 items for £100 but told them I would confirm the order the following Monday.
Over the weekend I found that the 2 most expensive items I ordered were available for half the price elsewhere, the other items were only a little more expensive.
So I called them to cancel the 2 most expensive items but through loyalty would still order the other 8.
The owner there was so rude and hung up on me, so I told them to cancel the whole order and I will be buying my parts from one of the many other suppliers out there.

Never buy it from here if you are outside UK. They take orders but never ship or pretend shipping to foreign buyers. This shop is not a legitimate entity to foreign buyers.
