If you’re going to place CHILDREN on the booking reception areas could you the staff, oh i dont know...teach them how to book an appointment?!? Literally have gone to the GP twice and had both appointment booked on site....the child goes “ oh we can’t do that.” okay well could you grab an adult who can......

Registered at this practice,for at least 40 years.The service,of care has definitely gone down.There is no way you can see an actual doctor.I would only phone the surgery,if I felt I'll,and No One can tell you ,what is wrong with you,speaking on a phone.The best care for me,has been given by Nurse Jane.

If you need regular care or repeat prescription find another place, they are unbelievably disorganized and unprepared in most cases. I'm chronically ill and my repeat prescriptions are always late and I'm often left without my meds. It's a nightmare every time.

They have far too many patients on their books,they just can't provide the standard of care any more,you have to be responsible for your own care and remind them of what they should be doing all the time.

I left a one star review at the start of the merger between st peters and north lane medical centre i was a bit rash but had blood pressure prescription delayed /mixed up and i found it hard to get through on the phone to sort that out although the chemist did i have deleted and amended my review as it took a week or so for the surgery to get used to the new merge now its as good if not better than before the online side is brilliant i can read my bloods and give them in from home
which saves taking an appointment slot up just to show the doctor

Very difficult to get an appointment they always insist on calling me on a withheld number even though my phone cannot except them. So I can't see a Dr when I am off I have to lose money to see them ( when they eventually get through to me). So I lose money and pay for my prescriptions great.

Almost unheard-of friendly and knowledgeable reception. Attention to satellite services. Doctors and other healthcare staff provided on an ad-hoc basis. A youthful surgery, none the worse for it.

St Peters Medical Centre have the best doctors and staff you could wish for at a time when you trying to hold life together . The services from reception to nurses and doctors is superior than any surgery I know . Over 10 years ago was extremely ill after an operation . I received the best help and care also referrals and the doctors never gave up on me . If it was not for their support and medical care I would not have survived . I have the greatest respect for all the staff ,an excellent team who deliver a highly professional health care service to all .
