Went to Halfords to get two bikes sorted, one wobbly handlebars and incorrect seat size the other unsecured seat really loose and wobbly and to purchase a lock and rucksack and few other bits. Brilliant service bikes sorted and great friendly service on till and from repairs

Visited Halfords in Beckton this evening to have two Headlamp bulbs fitted to my car. Staff gave me a time slot which was adhered to. Staff completed the task quick and efficiently. Would recommend Halfords for getting the job done fast no hassle.

Very very helpful especially Harry and Kabir in the bike repairs team. Usually go to mile end but this is sooo much better. Infinitely better. Worth the bike ride.

Store is in a nice location. Close to electronic shops, furniture, home, decorations and most importantly closer to a food court.
The Halfords has a bike department on the top floor where you can view a range of mountain, hybrid or road bikes as well as electric options. You can also buy parts and repairs from here and they are mostly stocked with main essentials
The ground floor consists of tools sand camping equipment as well as car equipment and accessories. They do car maintenance and bike maintenance so if this is a Halfords close to you than definatley worth coming here. The staff are enthusiast respectively and so you will get good treatment of your vehicle's if you come here

Bought a bike from here in July and it's now become quite dangerous. It's a electric bike, the Apollo Transport Electric Folding Bike - 20" Wheel. Having taken the bike in several times and each time they look it over and tell me it should be fine. Below is the review Halford won't let me post.
Bought in July 2020 and early December, actually in November 2020 the bike started having dangerous issues. The paddling at any speeds started randomly applying resistance and then going back to what ever setting they were at.
Then the bike randomly started to cut out all power. I was literally going over a busy bridge when it suddenly lost all power. This is a heavy bike without the assist. Then I had to get on the side of the road, switch off all power at the battery and then start again for it to work. Took it to Halford where they gave it the once over and said they've tightened a few things up but hypothesised what could have been wrong.
Today in the middle of the rain through central London the bike stopped over about 5 times on a two mile stretch, the first time whilst crossing a busy junction. Nearly gave me brown pants. Really dangerous.

My third time returning to this particular Halfords branch. Their service as before was excellent and both Martin and Mandy made my car's air conditioning check and top up and easy and effortless job. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I'm surprised to have heard that they've had such long queues outside the store during lockdown and that customers have been aggressive at times. Really no need for this, these guys are working hard and offer great care hence I'm a happy returning customer. Thanks guys!

We luckily didn't have to queue up because for cars it wasn't that busy unlike for bikes. Was looking for something to remove spray paint vandalising on my van. The lady in there was quite helpful she recommended what she thought would work. We where then served by Corby who further gave his input and was so informative about other car stuff we where discussing with him. He was a cheerful individual and made our shopping experience really successful. They called the supervisor lm guessing to confirm what they had recommended as l had described how the spray paint was over a logo but when the supervisor came he didn't acknowledge us. If it weren't for Corby asking him to let us know or say something we would've possibly been waiting for there even longer. Overall our experience was met accordingly and thanks to the main staff Corby and the Asian girl serving us.

I ordered a gel seat for my mountain bike online the only place that had it was Beckton I proceeded upstairs to a line of people waiting to be served they was four staff in all and the Click and Collect was occupied by young lad fixing a puncture renewing an inner tube for 45 minutes we stood and watch this young lad repair this tire before anyone approached us to find out what we needed absolutely disgusted second Halfords I've left the review for I think they all need retraining how this business is still running is beyond me avoid Halfords all cost in Beckton

I was surprised to know to fix a e-scooter replacement tube £30 come one that's bit pricey.. Solid tire for e scooter 2 tire for £40 and £40 labour charges mean total £80. Is this because of covid 19?
