Just went in to get a replacement sim but the staff there were really friendly and helpful. Had a good chat with one about whether my current sim would stop working as soon as I left the shop or if it would work until my new sim was in my new phone. I can confirm it stopped working as soon as I left the shop. Thanks ????

4 staff. Very quiet. All sat down in their phones. All look up see me, heads straight back down.... sends over the only lady (whom was a grand help). I’d thin the herd out some what if 3 want to save some money.

After long and useless hours on the phone to customer service, and a visit to another Three store Dan, Ali and Steve wouldn't give up on fixing the problem with my phone. I really appreciated their professionalism and left the store really satisfied with their service. If you are in the area I would recommend these guys highly.

Extremely busy shop even during the week but staff helpful.
There's someone to great you add you come in and enter you into a queue while you wait in a seated area or browse the hardware.

Really bad staff ! Everytime I go there I wait for hours!! They say they’re gonna help like for a few minutes and they ignore me completely and continue their other jobs with clients that came after me. Really rude and unfriendly! I’m not visiting your store in walthamstow anymore.
