It's simply fantastic experience at the 3 UK store. Like to mention about Mr. Amar, he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. He steps into customer shoes and understand the problems and gives the best solution. 3 UK should be proud of having a employee like him. I would also like to mention about Alexander, he is also extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to both of them.

Three mobile is by far the best Phone store . The help you get from staff and offers they have is by far the best prices. £10 amonth gives you 30 GB's covering all calls to landline and other mobile sites as well as email sending. This site is called SMARTY OF WHICH THREE MOBILE COVERS .

Lazy staff. Cant be bothered with helping customers, where as most other business after lockdown would only be glad of the business. Well they lost mine. 'We dont have the staff', then all of a sudden, two more appeared from the back. Amazing. Customer service is remembered, long after price is forgotten.

Went to the store with a billing enquiry. Both managers Amar and Andrew were really helpful polite and courteous. The advisor Bri I believe her name was was extremely patient and explained everything really well. Great job thank you 3 Reading store will definitely recommend to friends and family.

So rude staff never want to face anymore. Especially Amar he says he is manager but he don’t have any quality to be. We tried to share our problem with him but he don’t even try to listen our problem. And he even said I am manager do what ever you want to do I don’t care. And there was an another manager who use to come to the doorway & only says to dial 333 to every customers . We met him 3 time and tried to share him our problem but he says dial 333 only ,maybe he don’t have any qualification or knowledge so he only used to say dial 333. Later on the same day we again gone to three and there were no manager then we discussed to the Conco finally he solved all the problems easily. So I think there is only one responsible staff working in 3.

Worst staff & lack of knowledge. My wife made a unlimited data & call contract on this sunday & also said she will use the old number. After that they sent her a link & said to fill up the online form & it will be activate within 24 hours . She filled that form on the same day but and on the next day after 24 hours the sim was not activated. So my wife decided to go & talk to the staff but they say come tomorrow we will activate it .It has been 3days my wife has been there regular. So, i think this 1 star is also too much for them.

They let your phone number get cloned and then refuse to help, their in-stores are only interested in selling things and the foreign calls centres refuse to help and aren’t interested

READING STORE Not only did understand my need you provided quick and excellent retrieval and also guided me through the processes, your service was rewarded with my continued use of three an upgrade of my mobile platform and home fi. And an additional contract. Who ever the person I spoke to at Basingstoke not only nearly lost you a customer but also a lot of credence. Yes today was a difficult day for all three customers, but your resolve was outstanding. Mark... Compliments to you especially, I heard you dealing with a number of troubled customers, you were calm concise and your powers of pacification and your patience are to be commended. Went into the store today to see about an upgrade, was ushered to a table quickly enough but then had to try and listen to the member of staff over the noise of the other sales consultants doing press ups at the back of the store! Was given an explanation but couldn't hear it properly and it didn't appear to be very professional. My recent experiences at 3 are making me question whether after 11 years as a customer it's time to go elsewhere.

When I got to the store was empty and no one in there and then all of the sudden got busier and packed with customers waiting for an assistant to support them with Thier enquiries I was so disappointed that I got there first and people got served before me I was in a process to score you one star but Abbey was emailing and she addressed my concerns and apologized to me with a professional manners and high level of initiative If her service wasn't outstanding I would have scored you one star only Once again thanks abbey to you great customer satisfaction My advise is to sort out the queues as it doesn't look organised and people

I am not a picky person, but customer services MUST be improved. The sales assistant was so rude with me and my friend that actually made us feel uncomfortable. I genuinely think that Three should train better its staff on how to treat its clients. However some people just cannot work on customer service and I think this is the case.

Awful experience. The man managing the shop on Sunday 17/02/2019 was rude and unhelpful. I went into the shop to ask about applying a friends and family discount code to a new SIM contract as my dad works for Three. I sat down with a nice young lady but when she queried my situation to her superior he informed me dismissively that I had to do it online, despite the fact that my mother and sister had done it in that very shop the week before. I left feeling like he has fobbed me off because he knew he wasn't getting much money from me, but had previously had been polite, if a little curt (when he finally realised I was waiting for help) when he thought I would be buying a new contract. I understand people have stressful days at work and maybe he wasn't aware the code could be done in the shop (which I doubt), but his refusal to help has meant I had to spend a lot of time emailing and phoning staff at Three to find a solution, when it could've been done in 5 minutes in store. I have heard from other customers he has been rude to them too. As a customer of Three for 9 years I am disappointed that they are being represented in this way.

PROS: - bigger than the other 3 Store on Broad St, - more employees, - helpful employees, - opened on Sundays, - once you manage to get to the table things are usually done pretty fast. CONS: - even longer waiting times (gets really busy), - no seats for while you're waiting, - if you can, try doing everything on the web (buying pre-paid takes forever), - opens late in the morning.

Your prepaid services are becoming a laughing stock. First when I started with 3, you used to have 300 minutes, 3000 text and all you can eat data for £15. Then you charged 5 extra £ out of the blue. Now you changed it to 300 minutes, 3000 texts and 12 GB of data - for £20. This is laughable since you cannot compare to any network provider in the UK - you internet is slow as a slug and you coverage is shameful. Changing for a competitor pretty soon.

I have been into 3 twice. Both times to move my family off Virgin who in comparison are dreadful. They explained the nature of the contract and set it up for you unlike virgin who give you a phone and ask you to speak to a call centre!
