Bought a 10 foot x 5 foot table recently off fcsnooker. Was quoted up to 500 pound more by other companies for far poorer equipment. Product quality top notch, lead times adhered to and very polite, clean and professional on site installing my table equipment. Table looked great with my bespoke colours a perfect match.
When querying some negative feedback on here prior to ordering it was explained that some people expect you to drop everything, others believe that they always know best, whilst others want champagne for beer money.
In my experience very helpful and professional and very skilled with different woods, but i always treat as i find anyway.

Duncan and his team have installed a beautiful snooker table for me - just before xmas as promised. He kept me informed of the build progress and helped me through the various options so I got exactly what i wanted. The table is stunning, with a large top for dining. I watched the guys build the table on site, and it was put together using quality components, attention to detail and with pride in their product. I watched a video of a championship table being set up, and the FCS guys went through the exact same process.
The table plays extremely well - and I think it is very good value for money.
This is a genuine review - I would recommend them.

Had my cue repaired several months ago. My joint had finsihed so couldn't assemble my cue, but Duncan took care of it. I thought my cue was finshed but Duncan was able to restore the joint and thus the cue. So pleased with the work, Duncan has a real passion for customer satisfaction. Thank you

Duncan is lovely our pool table was delivered and installed today. We absolutely love it. It's wonderful to play on and I am sure we are going to have many hundreds of hours happily playing pool. He brought a range of accessories with him incase we wanted any and we can't fault the service we recieved. Its top notch!! EMILY & JUSTIN

Hidden gem. Had my cue re ferrule and it's perfect. Would recommend this company to any snooker player out there. When you need trust handing your cue over you need look no further. I manage Leo Fernandez also and will be taking him to get his cue re ferrule also. Top job. Well done guys ????

Terrible service. Bought a table from him, with him due to assemble it. Refuses to answer the phone after delivery. None of the pieces fit together. Had to employ a different company to assemble and their opinion is it’s a random pile of pieces from different sized tables. Also with pieces missing. Have tried hundreds of times to get in contact with no luck. Quite a scam.

Arrived today from Dumfries with 2 cues for repair, one required new ferrule and tip as other one snapped off and the other cue I wanted the tip size down to 8mm. Excellent service, got cues back a couple of hours later and they are spot on.

I was advised by a number of top players not to go to F.C. snooker, however I thought I’d give them a try. On my first visit I took my cue as it was making a tinging noise whilst stricking the cue ball, with in mins of walking into the shop he was up for replacing my ferrule at a cost of 33£. 6 months down the line I took it back to the shop due to it doing the exactly the same thing where they carried out a series of un natural tests and assured me it wasn’t the ferrule. After 15 mins in the shop after listening to BS also talking to me like an idiot I decided to leave. My advise do not go to to fc snooker!!!!!

Came down for an arranged visit from Scotland on a Saturday morning but Duncan did not bother to turn up. He doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t reply to emails. According to a passerby at the business, he sources a lot of the tables from Blackpool Snooker so I will go there.
Appalling customer service! Very disappointing.

I was advised to call FC Snooker to have my cue repaired. It was a small job,,£25 was the quote. They told me they could and would do it for this amount and advised of a day it would be ready to collect. On that day I called about 6 times with no reply. When I got through I was told it was not ready. I queried this and was told that the 'lads were out doing tables for thousands' in such a way that my small job didn't matter. I told them that had I known this attitude at the start I'd have gone elsewhere. Remember,,they said they would provide the service and at this point have failed.
As it was Christmas I left it another week and recalled. Again it was not done and I was being interrogated about who told me it would be ready etc. It was the managing director (lol) of the business who TOLD me that I was irritated and that I should just come and collect the cue. He then hung up. Not very customer service focussed at all. I had to call back so that I could advise of a time I would drive over to Preston. I collected my cue. It had just been left in the dirty and unkempt working environment that this business operates from. Not at all like the website pictures. Perhaps in time I'll have a table installed,,,but not by these rude, unprofessional and uncooperative unfriendly amateurs.
