Some staff need re training ref customer services, not impressed with the attitude today during our visit ????sorry folks I had to add to this review, let me explain ! The above star rating was posted on Saturday 1-8-20 due to just one member of staff really spoiling it for the other staff due to a very bad attitude. We returned today 2-8-20 to try again ref new phone , this time it was completely different in fairness, the staff were very friendly and professional as they should be, we told the manager what had happened the day before & they were brilliant couldn't do enough for us . So with that in mind I would like to change my star rating from 2 stars to 5 stars , the manager has assured us that the bad experience the day before will be dealt with accordingly ????????

Sadly they didn't help me transfer my phone number over to a newly purchased phone which has cost me a lot of money in paying for an extra contract even though I was only using one phone
Spent several hours on the phone trying to get this solved. I was angry and defeated, until I went to the Portsmouth shop who patiently took me through the whole process.

Went in not expecting much. The store itself feels a bit minimalist, but it is actually nicely designed and well laid out. The customer advisers I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable. The process of setting up three contracts was time consuming as they have old fashioned systems. Nevertheless a good experience and would recommend.

Service issues in Eastbourne store
30/07/2020 things have gone from bad to worse at Eastbourne Beacon Centre Three store, with very poor customer service attitudes. "Company policy" and "data protection" were the reasons given not to assist in accessing a locked Three mobile phone profile. The online team advised and then confirmed in a second call that the store would be able to help. I was told to take proof of identity to the store. "Doing my head in" was the comment from one store assistant not involved. In the end the online advisors in India sorted it. I have my PAC number as a result of the store assistants' rudeness. This is not just a negative review for the sake of a negative review: I've been with Three for over ten years

I was approached by Sam who not only gave us some great advice but actually convinced my daughter that a hwawei phone was better suited to her needs than the branded Samsung.. My experience was not great. Error caused in store, I wasn't too annoyed about it until the staff member told me I should have come in to see them sooner as a smart answer to shift blame. Problem still not rectified. Limited faith in this network so far!!

Service is terrible. Go in store and they try pass the blame onto the phone company, in my case Razer. Yet Razer say it's the service provider that need to deal with the problem. I've had nonstop trouble with this phone let alone the service '3' actually give their customers. Top half of my screen doesn't respond, charger doesn't work (I have to use a 3rd party but even that I have to charge at an angle), the speaker grill LITERALLY fell off in my pocket, my data works then says I have 4G yet doesn't even load a page, contract keeps going up yet my phone doesn't actually work as promised, randomly unlocks.
