First time to this branch and will never be back!.. Very rude member of staff who served me. We all Muslims are fasting this month and we all know that but being rude while fasting isn't an excuse. There's a far better quality and level of service just across the road with Naval sweets. The guy on the till should be thrown somewhere in the back and bring some decent staff who serves your customers respectfully..

Very nicely laid out covid measures. As always busy, and a good selection of Asian sweets. However I was not happy how one of the workers spoke rudely to his colleague. This kind of behaviour will affect the image of the business; this day and age information flied across social media. Hopefully the colleagues learn from my advice and always respect people regardless of how much pressure you are in or talk after walk for feedback. I would have given 4 star, also to be a 5 star Asian sweet place there are few more requirements, which I can discuss if contacted for advice. Good sweets, however there are better sweets on Instagram, the market is booming!

This is a store of nice and varities collection of sweet foods. It is commonly very popular in local Bengali as well as Asian community. Shop is well-known and busy most of time. Today I noticed they also do own brand medjoul dates as well, as shown in image.

I’m Seriously disappointed and felt disrespectful by visiting your shop-today. I can’t believe it, your staff was mocking with me as I was ordering small portion of Jelabe(250g). Your staff was intentionally repeating my wording to make me feel humiliated. We buy food from your place several times a month and spend good amount of money. I really did not reply him back at all, but I could. Just respectful way sharing it. It was really bad and not professional. I do want you guys find him out and talk to him. That guy with short hair.

Waste of time. I went in evening and they kept me standing and waiting like a lamppost. One staff serving the front guy at his leisure and the other doing something else. I called for more help and the front guy said he was busy and the other ignored me. Last time they done same to my wife and she found a hair inside the white ball and complained but no response. These staff members need to be sacked apart from the beard guy who is very polite when he works and takes care of us and other people. Whitechapel is nearby and all shops with staff and really nice and helpful. Only bad taste is the staff at this ambala. Absolutely useless the short guy is and the long hair guy who doesn’t wear a hair net. And they don’t even wear mask properly when working in that environment. Shame on them !

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought rasmalia and dropped it off to a relative and they opened it to see that it had gone off and went all slimy. We then called as we are regular visitors and the manager goes that he cannot do anything about it if we did not bring any proof which was so silly especially during pandemic times instead he passes a comment saying if a shoe was damaged would you throw it away which was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place ever again because of the disgusting behaviour displayed.

Used to love getting shingaras (Samosas) from here but recently the taste of it seems different. The outer layer of the shingara seems to be very thick and the inner filling is all dried up and mashed.

There's a big queue here and the stuff is so sweet you can't eat it after a few mouthfuls but its so tasty. They do these cracking samosas here better than the ones you find in restaurants

Same sweets in different colours. You need to choose one desert and one snack and stick with that no need to taste the rest. They all taste same. On the other hand they are clean and polite. Not much space to sit though.

I only tried samosa. Quite tasty, not too oily and big enough for a quick bite. Served with hot sauce (mild I would say). Definitely worth the 0.80p !
