Rubbish, they've literally stolen my parcel, that's a whole lot of money i could've used elsewhere. They kept telling me my neighbors had it but of course, as you would have guessed the stupid postman didn't leave a postcard so i had no idea which neighbour and the people there didn't have a clue either. Bare in mind this was about 6 months ago, up to this day i still never got my parcel. T H I E V E S that's all they are.

Customer service is terrible and extremely slow. Whenever you come staff is tired and unfriendly, lack of respect to a customer. Came five to two on Saturday because i have no chance to come on the other day, because of my work, didn't got served, because staying few minutes overtime seems like gonna kill them...

Avoid collecting items at this office on Saturday, there's only one member of staff to return parcels and generally the queues are very lengthy (20+) taking about 45 min to collect a parcel.
