The most horrible place to have your parcel on earth. The staff are the most horrible staff that I have ever seen. The first and the last time i was there; as beautiful as my day was before getting to that Horror hole called Royal Mail office, the staff killed my joyful spirit. I end up going home with sadness written all over me. The most rudest staff ever... I wish i am rich. I ll buy that particular branch and lay off those useless staff and recruit people with excellent customer service skills.

I live in a block of flats my parcel was delivered to a neighbour according to the text I received. Well of course they didn't tell me which neighbour as no card was put in my letterbox. So now its been 10 days and the so called neighbour has stolen my pacel. I am so pissed as this could be avoided by the post office workers just doing their job properly and not be so lazy. I know that there are post men and women that do their job right. But sometimes the good have to suffer for the bad. We don't have a choice when using this postal system at the moment but I'm sure in the future there will be competition for posting letters. Maybe Virgin might do better.

Had an order which was not deliverd for 2 weeks. After taking out on the company who send it find out that Post office tried delivering but no one was at home. No card left "we have missed you" or anything like that. I asked them for redelivery, did not leave home that day and was waiting for this parcel and no one delivered it. Next day i went to office myself and they had no clue where the parcel was. Then i asked them to deliver to nearest post office for what i was charged as well. Only then i was able to pick up my parcel.

The guy who served me today found my parcel and when I asked if he could look at two older cards I had, I just thought the parcels might still be there, he became rude and short tempered and threatened to send my first parcel back to the sender. I asked to speak to a manager who was very apologetic but ultimately I would just ask any sender not to use Royal Mail as more often than not they seem to be lacking in customer service and the basic skills like knocking on the door that’s is required to deliver mail

Postman doesn't knock on the door. Doesn't leave a card and the tracking information online says it has been delivered to a neighbour. I have 60 neighbours, not the first time I had to knock on every door in my area to see who may have my parcel. Calling them up and asking for help didn't help. I was once told I shouldn't order something if I wasn't going to be home! I was actually home

Just moved to the area. Had no problems at my last collection office, but this place is terrible. Queues out the door on saturday, one person serving (i was in a rush so gave up). Collection this morning took at least 10 minutes and there was no one else waiting. Before she served me the woman finished unloading a trolly. In what other reality does customer service mean: finish what you are doing before serving the customer? I agree with the other comments, there are endemic problems with customer service here probably the responsibility of a lazy manager.

No cards left to say where it has been left or any attempt has been made. Few items have been sent back to sender as i wasn't notified that they have attempted the delivery and that i can pick up at the office. On last occasion they have sent me a text saying that they are going to deliver the item that day, then nothing happened - no message, notice, no item obviously, 3 days later (i was home all day) i've received a text that they were unable to deliver my staff and that they have left a card for me with details, i went to the doorway straight away there was no item and no card whatsoever. Ive checked the tracking info online and it was saying that the address was inaccessible (which is a complete bullshit). then the same comment was made on the following day. i've filed a complaint couple of days ago and still have received no reply and no item. However other delivery people don't find the address inaccessible and other deliveries keep coming.

I think that Royal Mail should turn the Royal Mail delivery office in Southwark into a Royal Mail delivery office - it would make more sense than continuing to use it as a shelter for Royal Mail staff who are unemployable in any useful capacity.

Annoying staffs as I went there to pick my stuffs they did not give me but told me to wait for next delivery..not helpful at all... moreover they handed me others parcel instead of mine when went there to pick my stuffs the other time ....and also they mess with our important letters (they drop it in wrong address) it happened to me numerous times that others letters were dropped in my door...all of them should be sacked ...useless people!

Always terrible. Never enough staff serving customers. Saturday is just a joke, people queuing out of the door and one person serving who obviously hasn't had his weetabix this morning. Obviously Saturday will be busy. Hire more staff, how is this not obvious?

Worst service ever. Just spend the day waiting for a delivery. Now, when I went to consult track and trace,founf this: Item *********B could not be delivered on 2015-12-04 (and no Safeplace option was specified by the addressee). It is being held at Southwark DO pending instructions from addressee." I waited and waited and waited. No warning was even left in my mail box. Could'n be more displeased. I phone them and complained, just now, but the only thing they can do is a redelivery and don't know what happened. Last week, I had similar problems...

This is the worst post office ever; i went to collect my delivery this morning at 7.30am which arrived yesterday and was told it wasn't ready, my son went back @ 10am then 12.15pm and still it wasn't ready. this has been 3 times in 1 day, the staff there do not give a dam about the customer and are very rude.

the manager here is an arsehole. I have complained many times about various things. missing items, dis-respectful postmen, red elastic bands everywhere on the floor, on my property, queues at collection point. Larger parcels being delivered and then they are left on my doorstep in full view of passing public, no cards left to say where it has been left or any attempt has been made. There is definitely a thief working there. HQ customer services dont give a toot either. I have requested a call back and visit from the manager there and in all these years, not one call. Nobody ever picks up the phone there either.
