Went here for car bulbs. Had the one I wanted. Double the price online from amazon. But paid for Reece to fit it and he did a great job for a fiver. Tricky to get it out so he had some tools for the job. Visited at 6pm and it was empty.

Terrible service. I went there to fix a bike tyre puncture and after a couple of days the tyre is still flat.

Woefully understaffed on what is probably the busiest day of the year. Those staff that are there seem deliberately unhelpful operating the dumbest most customer unfriendly policies I have ever encountered. Their only rivals in the incompetence stakes are at the Catford branch. How difficult is it for a bike shop to sell a bike?

Maybe not allowing queue jumpers as we're all waiting to collect and maybe serve the loooong queue before the majority of staff go out to fit windscreen wipers could help?

Dean, John and a Turkish British chap who's name escapes me are great guys they're in the bike department and are always willing to help... If they cannot they will find a way or time to make it so, don't go in expecting miracles, please approach with a sense of realism and friendliness

Worst Halfords I have ever been to. Wait was ridiculous, when I asked how much longer, their system said one minute. Funny how guy in front of me still hadn't been done. Over an hour wait for a battery. I would of gone elsewhere, if they had been honest. Also female security woman was really rude and doesn't understand personal space.
