???????? Must say,the reception staff,at the bridge ????are amazing.They go above & beyond ,for EVERYONE,.Super friendly ,and provide the best information suited to each individual
be it ??dwp,depts, support worker,plus they give directions,with the up to date; info/leaflets etc DROP IN CENTRES.Soup kitchen.Homelessness.Well the list just goes on & on..I dont think they get enough PRAISE,for all they do for the community.SO grateful,for your endless kindness.keep up the 1st class work you both do,so effortlously, and im saying it on behalf of all of charnwood/L-boro. 100%+valuable asset to your employers. There is a lady staff who send always back since 1 year she lie she said me i dont have rights because im not English.
But law says different.
Im in UK 10 years .
So don't be sacicist i lost my life in this country 5 yeasr im on hospital and homeless .
I How you sleep when i left someone ill to sleep on the street????

My experience of certain Bridge Housing staff is they are willfully ignorant, incompetent, will block your emails in the midst of landlord harassment, will not support you in any meaningful way, are evasive, will ignore a person's wish to go through the complaints procedure, are discriminatory, biased, disbelieving, shockingly unconcerned and in my experience pay only lip service to their advertisement of "advise" and "assistance."
