I called these guys out to repair leak on my boiler. They turned up within 2 hours and fixed the boiler straight away. I was expecting a large bill but was pleased that I only had to pay a callout. Great service from Chris and Safehouse

Excellent service, had problems with gas boiler and separate issue with leak, engineer attended ( on time) resolved both issues quickly , polite, clean and leaving no mess, will definitely use again, thoroughly recommend there service.

Not sure why this company has 1 star reviews. My property had a small leak. Safehouse arranged for someone to come out on the same day and made a minor repair as they need permission to make a full repair from my estate agent. I do want to say thank you to Stuart who reassured me that someone would attend on the same day, he even called me back when he said he would, he sent many emails and it was easy to communicate with him and SafeHouse.
Would also like to say thank you to Toby and the engineer who came round.

The worst company ever. We have been calling them everyday for the same issues for almost 2 months. Nothing has been fixed. They never call back also. They definitely lie to cover the miscommunication problems. The person on the phone doesn't take notes or communicate well with his colleagues. They first ordered the wrong dishwasher and made us wait for another month to install a new one. They keep cancelling our appointments in the last minute. We had two big holes in the flat that need to be fixed, they have been delaying this for 6 weeks now. They have no idea what they're working on or what's already fixed. Their engineers never wear masks when they arrive. Terrible company, waste of time, landlords and agents should definitely avoid Safehouse.

I'd give 0 stars if possible.
They lie about repairs, do not turn up and do not return calls. We have worked from home several days following confirmation of visits which just do not happen. No follow up communication or excuses even offered.
They are lying, cowboy repair contractors who, we assume, are clearly under a Foxtons agenda to ignore repairs and save cash.
2 months waiting for a simple dishwasher repair. Ridiculous.

Dreadful company. They are the contractor for our estate agent and constantly promise to call us with details of when maintenance is to be completed. We never receive calls and conveniently there is never the correct person to speak to available when we call. Still no information on when we will receive promised service. If you want a job done during your lifetime do not use Safehouse

Not impressed at all. Their pricing was THREE TIMES as much as the other quotes I received and they insisted on doing work which wasn't needed. Also, they're unresponsive and unprofessional. This is a cowboy company.
