I am writing this review for this business for two reasons; 1- for other customers to know who they deal with 2- in a hope the business owners change their attitude. I have a mobile repair business dealing with many businesses selling phone for past 5 years. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They lie so easy like it’s a pice of cake. Don’t trust a word they say to you. It’s lies after lies. I bought an iPhone XS screen from them and paid for a high quality OLED screen but I was given a cheap LCD screen instead. When I said it’s not OLED they told me all the lies they knew to convince me to buy it from them. After I realised it’s the cheap LCD and I had to re-do a customers phone. Personally, I will not buy anything from them again because of their dishonesty. I advise anyone to be extra careful when they go to their shop.

The worst - avoid! They took a phone in the morning for repair and when we went to pick it up in the evening at 8m, it was still not fixed! They literally held a phone for a day and half for a repair that the shop next door was ready to do in an hour! Avoid at all costs, they are scammers and tricksters! Also told us the battery was not broken and then they ended up 'fixing it' and we had to pay for that. Don't trust. Go to the place next door or city centre for a decent job.

I recently purchased a number of items for stocking up my business with Mobile Accessories, the service provided was fantastic, the staff and management were honest on how much i should purchase and rather than pushy sales techniques, they recommended i spend sensibly. I then returned with some items that my staff felt would not sell as much, the management at GSM happily refunded those items. I will certainly be shopping there again.

When you ask him for quote or prices he talks substantial amount of money compared to others and when you do have something repaired from here most of time the screws are missing, speakers don’t work, cameras stopped working. He has the cheek to say give me money again to repair the stuff that he has broken. So basically he Takes his underwear off and makes you sniff it.

Terrible. Avoid. Be careful. Bought a simple Micro USB phone charger, which was only used 1 or 2 nights a week for charging and never removed from the socket. It fell apart after 7 months of very light use. I returned, with the purchase receipt, for a replacement and they refused to replace it. 6 months 'physical warranty' they then said. When it was sold to me it was 12 months warranty - no mention that if it falls apart after 6 months they wont replace it. Disappointed in the product and surprised at the lack and arrogance of service.

Awful customer service! I took in my Iphone 6+ to get the IC for the charging port replaced as my phone wouldn't charge, paid £45 for the job, then when I got home and tried to make an outgoing call it kept ending it, then realised the speaker and mic weren't working then the phone died a couple of days later completley, when I took it back they said it's not their fault and tried to charge me another £45 to get the speaker changed (baring in mind my speaker was working perfectly fine before). I am aware of the fact that when you get your charging IC replaced it triggers other issues, therefore it is their job to fix them too rather than making customers pay for their unfinished work. They rush their work and are very unprofessional!
