My iPhone 7's battery was running down badly after buying the phone almost 3 years ago. The guys at Kordio changed the battery quickly and at a good price. Friendly atmosphere, great explanations and they kept me updated over when the phone was ready to pick up as they said they would. Somewhere to park nearby too. I'll definitely go back. Thanks for sorting the problem out and making it so easy for me to get my phone working properly again - much appreciated.

They repaired it very fast, they where flexible with the pick up time, the quality of the screen you get is very good and the price was good. I’m very happy with Kordio and would definitely recommend it for others. (If my IPhone Break again I will go back to them)

Excellent and very efficient service from this local business, that repair laptops too! I had spilt water on my MacBook and was able to have all the data safely retrieved and my laptop saved, all in one day. I will be back and can highly recommend Kordio.

Popped into Kordio before Christmas to see if they would be interested in buying my iPhone 8+, I’ve always either sold a phone privately or used mazuma. Was pleased to see they matched the price mazuma were offering, really easy transaction and had the money straight away after inspection.
Would definitely sell to Kordio again.

BEWARE!
Don’t buy anything reconditioned from these guys.
I paid £320 for a reconditioned phone that I’ve since not been able to use due to the fact it is locked into a corporate company with Orange. They don’t care! Another experience proved problematic too. READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AND DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD ONES!

I called at Kordio today as a new customer and found the service to be both very professional whilst at the same time personal and friendly. I bought a refurbished iPhone 6 and it looks as good as new. Their prices are are also very competitive. I am extremely happy I chose them and now consider myself a customer for any future related needs I may have. ????

Ignore Charlotte's comment, she doesn't know what she's on about. This place is by far the best in East Sussex, I would recommend it to anyone.. Screen fixed and replaced on my Iphone SE for £45, done in an hour... Thats damn good! Thank you Kordio!

I wouldn’t give this company a rating at all because there customer service is so poor there is no regard for customer care or satisfaction they just care about taking your money and damaging your phone more! I took my phone in to have my screen fixed and now my phone speaker is not working! I will be taking the matter further! I wouldn’t recomend anyone taking there phone in to this company as they are not willing to rectify there mistakes. If you would like to rectify my phone please feel free to message me directly as I will be taking this matter further.

genuinely awful experience, sold me faulty phone that hardly works, depletes of battery within a train journey, sometimes doesn't even turn on or randomly turns off when showing full battery. kordio refused to replace or refund. they seem to work on the premise that its more hassle to take them to court than not, avoid at all costs. complete waste of £350.

I bought a phone from Kordio and was really impressed with the level of service as well as the product. The phone was a reconditioned Samsung Galaxy Ace and was in excellent condition. The price I paid was brilliant and the general service couldn't be faulted. I will be buying from Kordio again and would highly recommend them.

Feeling a bit ripped off by this firm. I was charged £50 for transferring photos and contacts from 2 Samsung 7s to 8s and then later realised it's dead easy and can be done through a Samsung app and cables supplied with the new phone. They also gave me a really poor trade-in price for my Samsung 7s - I managed to get double what they quoted in the end so I'm glad I didn't go with what they offered but feeling a bit of a mug for not investigating and doing the transfer myself! Won't be using them again.
