We use this regularly to get our Honda SUV back in into a presentable state which as a busy family is needed on a fairly regular basis. We simply don’t have the time or resources to do as great a job as these guys can, and although it’s not the cheapest, it’s certainly not the most expensive (Brighton Churchill Square???). In our experience they’ve always done a fantastic job and have been perfectly polite. I highly recommend these guys if you value your car and choose to have it hand washed. If you want a budget option there’s a machine car wash just around the corner at the M&S petrol station. Get what you pay for if you ask me!

Left my car for 1 hour whilst the interior was being cleaned. Came back to a subpar clean and my aux cable broken.
I went to politely discuss this with the guy I had paid and (he must have been having a particularly bad day) because he immediate response was to yell at me that it "wasn't his fault" and told me "never to come here again". Which caused a bit of an unnecessary scene in the car park.
I asked him to lower his voice, told him that I understood that it may have been an accident but it's will still need replacing and if he could kindly give me my money back. And after 10 minutes of negotiation, he did but I will certainly NEVER use this car wash again. ????

Our car was soaking wet inside and stunk for weeks after it was ‘cleaned’ at Tesco, Lewes.
The service is so unfriendly as to be hostile and what they charge you bears no resemblance to their advertised prices.
Avoid at all costs.

Did a very good job of sorting the car out, and took care of my vehicle. Just beware that anything over a Fiesta/Polo is classed as a Tank and will be charged accordingly! Big money.

Such a great car wash. The man was really polite and my car is so clean inside and out. A really great job. Will go again for sure! Great value for money as would have taken me hours to get my car that clean.

Extremely poor service!
Was told one price to return to the car to a completely different price.
I found they were also rude and not interested in my concerns over the poor service.
My car was still dirty inside not what I would expect for the money paid.
My advice would be to find somewhere else not here if you want your car cleaned to a good standard!!!

I definitely wouldn't use these guys again. They do a lazy, rushed job and they are rude. I need to give my car and wheels a wash because they are still not clean. They only did a half arsed job of cleaning the boot after lying to us telling it was done and us then insisting that they do it. Not worth 20 pounds of my hard earned money. Not impressed.

Used these guys every month. Always friendly and professional.
Car is super clear without fail. I have a medium car and take the 2nd option on th the cleaning list.
They are always busy specially in summer, if your shopping it’s ideal if you want it quickly you might be out of luck.
Highly recommended.

Awful place. After telling me that my car, a mini cooper, was a small car they charged me as if it was a medium sized car. When I complained and said it was a small car they bought out their laminated sheet that said a mini cooper was a small car and insisted mine was a medium sized mini because it was not a "mini cooper one". Avoid

Mini one (smallest model, 2 doors) charged as a medium car. Everywhere else it’s been treated as a small one. Cleaning more thorough than average but unsmiling service and blatant rip off deserve one star
