Lovely guys, engaging with my son through the wash, making him laugh and squeal. The wash was good, when the foam was applied to the car it smelled of bubblegum, unfortunately once the rollers started the smell became overpoweringly musty - like a load of laundry left in the washing machine for a week. Will still go back, but would hope the rollers get a good service and clean before then.

I'm now on the south coast. With that comes seagulls. As a result my need for a good car wash is essential. The Whale car wash crew are brill. I don't normally use a car wash but this one is different and effective.

First time user for.my partner and had a natural clastrophobia so haven't been to a car wash in 20 years.. Well sods law happened and my partner needed toilet so I had to go in the car wash alone...
Staff friendly if needing advice, signs everywhere explaining what to do and overall a great car wash. Would recommend massively, but I'll not be taking another trip solo as clastrophobia kicks in.

The car wash is only operating to clean the outside of your car ,because of the covid restrictions at this time (March 2021) the service was excellent and the results very pleasing.,even the wheel were nice and shiny, the price is a little dearer than most car washes of this type ,but I will be using the Whale as my regular cleaner in future.Edo

The best self-service car wash around Brighton area! Not expensive and time is enough to proper wash your car with few quid. If you expect hot water, you are damn right! There is even hot water!

I reluctantly post this as I find this car wash brilliant... You can get it done professionally or do it yourself (which is what I do much more fun)... Easy access, only two bays allocated for 'do it yourself' cleaning, four vacuums all of which actually work (nothing more annoying than a vac that just doesn't suck!!!... Take change with you, there is no where there to change money up... Normally spend around four quid for wash and a pound for the vac.... Happy car washing people

This is the only mechanical car wash ever that's left me amazed with the results. No streaks, surface swirls, water marks or fine scratches but just super shiny and clean. For £8 the orange wash its great and not even their killer wash.

Being a key worker I have had to keep.my motorbike clean and on the road. This carwash with its amazing jet wash facility is awesome. Just pull in put a few quid in the machine and you have so many choices to choose from rinsing, cold wax hot wax hot wash brush......just brill.

Lovely customer service..sadly my mini valet would have cost too much. So vacuumed myself with their blue vacuum..stronger apparently. I had a basic orange wash though at £8 and was pleased!

Its a great car wash and very reasonable prices for what you receive just one thing am not happy with is once you've gone through the process of the wash there is always water streaks left on the body plus the wheels sometimes are not a 100% clean so could do with a attendent to just give your car a quick going over with a shammy leather.
