First class service for sure!: Tom and Jake provided an excellent service for great value for money. They were extremely patient and responded very quickly to emails and followed through with action points extremely quickly, and more importantly, efficiently and well-executed. I hired Tom and Nautilus to do a lot of remedial back end work for the revamp of my website, after I had a poor experience with a different web developer company. I would highly recommend Tom and Nautilus. I will definitely be using Nautilus again in future.

Tom has just sent me my new logo. After listening to me patiently while I ummed and ahhed about what I wanted, he picked up on cues and hints to provide me with a few very different but intriguing options. I honed in on one I liked and he and his team patiently went through several iterations before we got to the final version. His enthusiasm for my ideals and flexibility with tweaks and colour testing was refreshing and I have to say I am blown away by the speed of service. As a new business and certainly a first time procurer of logos I have to say that Nautilus were the right choice for me and met my expectations and then some. Affordable, professional and with great communication, energy and understanding. What more could I ask for?

Tom and his team have recently helped me with some improvements to my website and integrating a new Learning Management System and based on the support provided I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking this expertise. My IT skills are pretty basic, therefore it was refreshing to find that Tom and James communicate really well, avoiding jargon and tailored their approach to suit me - rather than the other way around (which has been my experience in the past). They are knowledgeable about their field, patient, work quickly and efficiently and nothing is too much trouble. Our first experience with Nautilus Marketing was not the best, the first 2 batches of business cards were wrong so we had to wait longer than expected to receive the right ones. We asked for recommendations on LinkedIn and Tom Jauncey, the Director of Nautilus Marketing reached out to us as well as several other companies, Tom promised that he could provide us with what we were looking for and that they offer a good service so we opted to use them over the other companies. Tom then had the audacity to ask me to write him a review on Google and because I also run a young SME I understand some of the challenges he may be facing so I did. Tom agreed future pricing for business cards and we promised to contact him if we had any future requirements. We have recently employed some new members of staff so as promised we reached out to Tom to place an order for some more business cards, only to find that the rates that we agreed previously had gone up (5 months later), so naturally we queried this with Tom and asked if he was willing to honour the prices we agreed previously, Tom then responds with 'I think it is probably best for us not to work together going forwards, you now have the .PSD file so you can take this to another designer'.
If you are looking for a company that you can rely then I wouldn't recommend Nautilus Marketing/Tom Jauncey.
We were not rude to anyone at Nautilus Marketing and did not say we did not want to use their services. We have all correspondence in an email chain and would be happy to provide anyone proof of this.
