We would highly recommend this company and their service, we are a property management company in Cardiff and when we refurbish any of our properties we remove the gas supply and fit electric radiators all of which we have purchased from Heatstore and they work so well with no complaints from any tenants, we have only had 1 or 2 issues out of many 100's fitted, but Heatstore have sorted them with out question and very quickly, the staff and service are excellent, credit where credit is due we cannot fault them, we would like to thank Heastore and the staff for their fabulous help recently... Very attentive representative [Dale] who sorted out my problems - nothing was too much of a bother . Radiators all up and running smoothly using Bluetooth on mobile app. Thanks once again.

After speaking to a very pleasant young woman at CEF in Halesowen, I ordered my new wall mounted radiator on-line and it was delivered in two days. Very pleased with the service. Just waiting on my electrician to install it.

Excellent technical support when I misinterpreted the set up instructions. Product now working well.

Shocking after service. Do not buy from this company. Product was faulty within 3 year warranty. An Engineer came out November 20 and advised we would need a replacement.Several emails sent to Head Office since then but no response and now have been left with a faulty radiator.

I haven't been there. Google has made a mistake. I've no idea where this is.

I have a Heatstore Electric towel rail has ceased working after 18 months. In the booklet that came with the appliance, it says if product is out of guarantee "consult an accredited service agent". I phoned Heatstore in Bristol only to be informed that in fact they don't have any service agents and they were unable to give me any advice as to what to do.. They will replace product within the one year guarantee, after that you're on your own and they're not interested. I will certainly never buy a Heatstore product again.
